I came to Factory Athletics a little over a year ago because I was doing HIIT classes and wanted something a little more challenging, and I’m glad I did! The owners and coaches, Mike and Mike are knowledgeable, passionate, and motivating. The classes are challenging, but the coaches will meet you where you are, ensuring you always feel capable of achieving your goals. I highly recommend this gym if you want to be in the best shape of your life, be part of a supportive and encouraging group of men and women, or if you want to maintain your fitness level and be part of a welcoming fitness community.

Coach Mike is an extremely cool and hospitable owner/coach! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and part of the community. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. The facility itself is top-notch, equipped with everything you need for a great workout, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

What truly sets Factory Athletics and Wellness apart is the sense of community they've built. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, making it a fantastic environment to train in. The variety of classes and programs offered cater to all fitness levels and keep things interesting and challenging.

This is by far my favorite gym in all the places I have frequented throughout the years. The community moves the bar so much higher than could possibly be met easily, elsewhere. If you go here for workouts you will have accountability, friendly faces, fist bumps, your name known throughout by all the coaches, and, yes, you will be in the best shape of your life. I've been at Factory Athletics for about a month. While working out is not new to me, CrossFit is. Any concerns that I had about joining a CrossFit gym were eased the moment I asked for a tour. During the tour, Lindsey and Mike spent over an hour with me, responding to all of my questions and concerns. I enjoy the workouts and in the month that I have been participating, I have noticed that my strength and endurance have improved. I'm able to access, on average, about 65-70% of the prescribed workout but I also believe I am benefiting form each workout. I've worked with a variety of the coaches (Mike, Ellie, Brandon) and they all provide me alternatives to the either the volume of work or types of movement when I request it, in order to accommodate my current body mechanics and limitations. Coaches also provide specific feedback on the Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics, both of which are new to me. While most, if not all, of the athletes participating in the workouts are stronger than I am, I find the clientele to be welcoming, inviting, and encouraging. Each of the coaches works with me to ensure that I get the most from each workout.

Factory Athletics and Wellness offers it all from CrossFit to the Fitness Center to Pound and Zumba there is something for everyone. The coaches are very knowledgeable and will make modifications to the workout if needed. The members are very supportive and will cheer you on until you finish the workout. I have been a member for 6 1/2 years and this is the best gym that I have been a part of.

Factory Athletics is the best community I have ever been a part of. I do their CrossFit classes 5x a week and have fallen in love with it. Having never done CrossFit before joining, I was timid to begin with. Once I did my first class, I was hooked. The coaches are encouraging, patient and understanding. Equipment is well maintained and the gym is kept clean. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone looking to try somewhere new. I love my Factory Family!
