Stopped by here a couple times while on vacation. Impressed by how welcoming everyone was. Coaches have good energy. The gym floor is very spacious! They have 2 showers and lots of cubbie spaces for storage.

Tried F45 here for 2 months and loved it!
The staff is awesome. The trainers are fantastic (Nick & Tiffany in particular)!

Due to my schedule I was only able to attend the 5am class and unfortunately, at no fault to F45, cancelled due to being distracted/unfocused by other chatty members. It was a personal decision to pursue my fitness in other ways that don’t involve a group setting.

It’s still a wonderful place to get in, not have to think about your workout, get it done, and get out. Highly recommend.

I found F45 3yrs ago and never looked back. I love the workout - it's quick, ever changing and has the the ability to be tailored to your fitness level. Even in a group setting you get individual coaching by trainers looking to keep you safe and healthy. I highly recommend.

F45 is the best! The days alternate between cardio and strength allowing for well rounded workouts. I’ve tried other HIT classes and I prefer F45 to others. It’s a great workout no matter the age!

I live in Saint Louis, MO and belong to f45 there, I was a tad nervous about coming to a new (to me) gym in Destin. I was 100% wrong! The coaches Tiffany & Nick were so friendly and helped me modify all the exercises I needed to for my knees. These same coaches called me by my name, encouraged me and were always smiling and making me feel comfortable. Eric greeted me every morning with a smile, I had emailed him before coming to Destin and he made it very simple for me to sign up and start classes immediately. I went to 12 classes and I am going to miss this gym & cannot wait to come back next year!

I joined F45 last year. I love the group workouts and the trainers are great! If you are looking for group workouts and making new friends this is the gym for you!

I just want to publicly say how much this establishment means to me because I’m only good with words on paper. F45 found me when I was down and discouraged. I’m a really shy person so I hated the gym and it was really hard for me to even walk inside to inquire about trying out a class. To my relief, Chris was at the front greeting everyone with a smile and hello. I began to relax a bit as I stumbled over my words attempting to explain that I would like to try a class. Fortunately, he read me and proceeded to take over the conversation and invited me to try the class for a week. This would become one of my best life moves as F45 has changed my life in such a positive way. All the coaches here are very supportive without being pushy. I began to feel myself getting stronger and more confident with each class I conquered. With all this being said, I just want to say thank you with my whole heart. I am so sad that I had to move away for work, but I will cherish my time here forever. I will always visit when I’m in the area.

Great workout for 45 minutes. Music and trainers are fantastic. This is definitely a calorie burner. I love all the different types of equipment that are put in use daily. I also love that they have strength training as well. If you're on the fence about joining I would definitely give it a try! To me it is way better than going to a gym and walking around pretending I know what I'm doing! Love the vibe and the members. People of all fitness levels are welcome!
