Visiting from out of town, my daughter’s tennis racquets grommets failed. The employees helped me find the correct grommet replacement for my daughter’s racquet, which I’ve been unable to find anywhere. Very friendly and knowledgeable, great selection. I will buy from again when town. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and demo club is the way to go having the opportunity to try out multiple pickleball paddles before making your purchase. Plus the demo fee gets applied to your purchase!

As a beginner pickleballer playing less than a year Debbie was very patient with me and happy to answer all my questions and provide recommendations based on what I was looking for.

With the same prices as the online retailers, it was nice to get to try before purchasing and support local business.

The demo program and the fact that the store is a Yonex retailer is why I decided to visit the store. The demo program is convenient - you essentially have three days to try equipment before you have to return it. This appealed to me since I wanted to invest $250+ in a racquet and I wanted to make sure I found one that felt right.

As far as the customer service goes, it was unacceptably bad in my experience, unfortunately.

The two times that I came in, I had to ask for help. I'd understand if they were busy, but they weren't.

The first time I wasn't even greeted until I asked a question. I signed up for the demo program during my first visit and got two different return dates from two employees. The second employee, an older lady with white hair, was trying to tell me it was due a day earlier than what the first employee told me. When I told her, she got bothered and eventually agreed with the first date that the other employee told me - "If that's what he told you, then that's what we'll do". Kind of rubbed me the wrong way to be honest, but whatever, I wanted to try the racquets out.

The second time I visited the store, ironically enough, the same older lady was the first one I saw and I said hi to her. I proceeded to look at some racquets for my kids and an employee asked us to give him some space to extend some racquet string. While he was doing that right in front of the wall of racquets, I asked him if he worked there as I had a question. He said yes, but that someone towards the cashier area of the store would be better to answer questions about the racquets. Really? You're literally stringing a racquet so I'm sure you know enough to answer which size is best for my kid... I won't dive into the details of the rest of the interactions with the other employees, but needless to say, no one seemed to want to assist a customer. The manager/boss even called out that no one assisted me while I was shopping, and the one employee that I tried to get assistance from earlier even said that yeah it was on him and he would take the blame. Shaking my head as I realized that he could have helped me when I asked him earlier.

Spent $300 on some racquets for my kids and myself here and wasn't even thanked for my purchase - "Here you go Chris" as the manager woman handed me my receipt.

I will not be returning to give them my business. Truly disappointing experience as someone who is excited about purchasing racquets to play tennis.
