I love being a member at Envision! Mark and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The classes are high energy and fun. The instructors ask about my goals and are accommodating to any level of fitness. I’ve found that Mark creates a very positive atmosphere and focuses on overall physically ability and health rather than only on physical appearance. Going to Envision is always the best part of my day!

I stopped in this gym for a quick workout during my two day stay in Memphis. Great gym with everything you need. Lots of space. Looks like the owner is the main person working there and he was very friendly. Although he may not be at the desk all the time, don’t let that bother you, they are very friendly very nice, and if you’re looking to get a good work out, this is the place in Memphis. If you need free weights leverage machines and like.

Absolutely love this gym, I was member for a few years but due to me moving further away I had to cancel my membership. They are everything you want in a gym, the owner and the staff make it feel like family. They are also located right in the middle of many great restaurants.

What a great gym to train at! Plenty of equipment, very clean & the owner Mark is lovely. We have been training at gyms all over America the past 12 weeks & this is one of the best we have come across. We will be back when we are next in Memphis! 😊

If you're looking for a gym in Memphis, then Envision Memphis is the one for you. It has a great selection of equipment to choose from, nice and spacious and upstairs also has an area for boxing/martial arts. I've been to a few gyms over the past 20+ years, and this gym has everything you need! Got a chance to speak to the owner Mark too and he's genuinely a great guy.

I'm writing this review after leaving Memphis, after having gone to Envision for much of the last year. I was playing around with the idea of taking some kind of self defense/combat sport training for my birthday last year, and figured I would call and ask around the city. After one phone call with Mark, we had a meeting set-up for later that week. It was just supposed to be a visit to see the place and talk a bit, but I left there committed to 10 personal training sessions. And I am so glad I did.

Working with the good people at Envision allowed me to accomplish things I never thought I could. Could I really learn how to throw a punch? Wow! I fell in love with boxing, with the feeling of being at the gym, and with the wonderful environment at Envision. People know your name, they care about you, and it's obvious they're very sincere. Envision changed my life in more ways than one, and I already miss it so much, but I'm so grateful for the new skills, self-confidence, and friendship I got to take with me. Do yourself a favor and sign up, you'll love it as much as I did.
