Element Melbourne is a newer beachfront hotel providing various amenities and comforts. The rooms are simply furnished but adequate, featuring comfortable mattresses and hot showers. The outdoor pool and beach access were a plus, and complimentary beach bicycles are available. A complimentary happy hour in the spacious lobby area includes draft beer, crackers, and cheese. Dinner at the partially open-air Ebb and Flow restaurant was pleasant. It was a nice hotel, and I would happily stay there again when in the area.

We had an outstanding stay . The manager Brian and his coworkers were outstanding. They welcome us and treated us like royalty. As a gold member they upgraded us to a beautiful room. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortables. The happy hour is a very nice touch and very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with a big selection of food and drinks. The lady cook is very good and prepare fresh egg dishes to order with a different variety every day .The front desk employees are very welcoming and very professional |The location, the pool and easy access to the beach is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody

We visited this amazing new (ish) property prior to NYE for family visit. It’s a must stay option in the Melbourne area. The staff is terrific from Brian at check in to the valet teams and rest of the staff. All were professional yet conversational and nice. The breakfast options were some of the best I ever experienced and I travel often. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful! Pool and bar area meets all the needs to relax. ||I visited Melbourne 4 to 5 times a year and certainly will be back soon. Great job!!

I had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront hotel! The valet attendant was incredibly helpful and welcoming when I arrived, setting a great tone for my visit. Deyla made the check-in process easy and fun—she was such a delight! The rooms were clean and had great amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and other useful appliances. The location was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wow what a surprise! We arrived at the hotel around 9:20 pm after bringing traffic expecting to relax outside and have a nice drink. The lovely front desk person checked us in and stated we could enjoy drinks until 10 pm. We quickly dropped out bag as and went downstairs only to have the bartender tell us he couldn’t serve because his manager told him to close up early. I went the the front to speak to the manager who said well it’s up to the the bartender but then I told him the bartender told us he told him to close up. All we wanted was a whisky and glass og wine. We got neither thing . I asked the manager if I were to call Marriott would they tell me that the closing time is whenever. I called and Marriott customer service was appalled since at this positive it was 9:35p. Why did this manager choose hospitality I do not know. The customer service and lack of desire to make the customer feel welcome was lacking. He acted as if this was the only hotel in the area. Until they replace the manager this is not a stop you want to make. I am loyal to Marriott and this property leader does not at all demonstrate the Marriott brand.

Had a friend in town SuperBowl weekend and took her to the new Ebb&Flow ocean bar at Elements Hotel on Saturday Feb 8th. Such a beautiful view and clean and pleasant atmosphere. Lyndsay was our server and she was excellent! Very friendly, interactive and accommodating. I’ll be going back again for sure!!! Thanks for a fun time at Ebb&Flow bar.

Fantastic beach front hotel. The staff is amazing. I had a stressful travel day and Brian was amazing. He had lots of insight into the area and helped make my stay great. Will be back!
