We were in a tough spot. Edmonds went above and beyond to help us out. Miracle and his team truly care about their customers and are very competent. Ash (our driver) was professional and friendly. It may just be a tow. We hope that’s all you need. Or you could use some help over and beyond like us. Miracle and team got us set up with a room, a mechanic, and an optimism we needed at the time. Two thumbs up.

If you get assigned these clowns for your tow, STAY AWAY and request another service. Horrible AAA partner. Dispatch and supervisors lie and lie to string you along instead of admitting up front that they can’t take the tow request. “We’ll call you in 5, the car will be there in an hour, okay sorry an hour 1.5 max, promise, he is coming from Bakersfield. I just started my shift I don’t know who you’ve spoken to.” All lies just to prevent you from dropping the request. Horrible service with no respect for anyone. Also check out their yelp reviews. This is not a one-off incident, they are deceptive through and through.

Very long story short, Edmonds tow got me out of a jam last weekend. Spoke with Brian I think his name was. He came in like a champ and saved the day. I cannot tell you enough how glad I was to have this guy be the one on duty that morning.
This guy needs a raise seriously. Great driver great confidence and willing to go above and beyond. Thanks for helping me out of that dusty ass driveway man

I had a tire fail on the grapevine. I was traveling from Nor Cal to So Cal and I was exhausted from driving since 12 am

Edmunds was extremely quick to come to my aid. Within 20 minutes from making the call to AAA

Driver was profoundly professional, considerate and kind. Put on the spare and directed me to their shop to purchase a new tire. They had my new tire on and balanced within 30 min. To boot, their pricing on the same tire that went flat was “less” than what I paid from my long time local tire shop.
Edmunds tow service and tire/mechanic shop are top notch. A blessing in the middle of nowhere on the grapevine

AAA use them for road side assistance, well tow truck driver put tire on and didn't remove the rim spacer which tire wasn't on all The way causing the tire to wobble and almost causing an accident ?. Single mom full of kids up grapevine, then tries to leave the the replace tire that's smaller 17in all other rims 22 in the front, I had to call him out a 2nd time to do that, then he tried to say that the size difference was why tire is wobbling, which cause me to have to get a car rental and be stress out my entire trip to LA all over a careless mistake. You could of killed my family or cause major damage to car. I been trying to call a supervisor no answer they won't answer my call and u can't leave message AAA needs to drop the contract before there's a lawsuit
