Mike is a great guide. He was very patient with my dad and I, who had no experience or gear. We were looking for education, and he gave us tons of it. The half day trip was a good balance of teaching us the basics, and we still had plenty of time in the water fishing. Drought was severe at the time, but Mike knew of a spot where trout were swimming all around us. I definitely recommend a guide trip with Mike, regardless of your level of expertise, if you want to advance your fly fishing game.
