Stopped at Eagles of America for a quick refuel on my way back to Orlando. The staff were super friendly and the new FBO building was very nice. I highly recommend. I look forward to coming back in the future.

Pirep: We normally stop at KPXE for fuel when traveling between Florida and Kentucky. The fuel at KPXE is always reasonably priced and the service is outstanding. The airport manager, Jim, also flies a Bonanza and has been extremely helpful in the past with anything we needed.
On this particular trip (4/30/23) we stopped at KABY due to strong winds that were more favorable to the runways there than at KPXE. While I was paying my fuel bill I took my magnetic stick-on sunshades off my flying eyes glasses and left them on their desk. I didn't realize it until I landed in Florida as the remainder of the trip was not sunny. I called the FBO, Eagles of America, and asked them to mail me the sunglass portion and offered to cover the cost. They said they would do it immediately and said their would be no charge. The sunglass portion is very thin and could fit in a conventional number 10 envelope so at most the postage would have been less than a dollar. Regardless this went on for over 2 months with me calling them weekly to see what was going on. On July 11th I called them yet again and she said she had not mailed them because she needed to collect payment for shipping first. Every single time I called in the past I offered to pay the shipping and they said it was not necessary after all I purchased close to $300 in fuel. I had planned a trip to Kentucky that day so I stopped there and physically picked up my sunglasses shades opposed to my intended stop at KPXE. Needless to say I will not be back there. It's a shame because tower and the line guys were extremely nice. KPXE is worth dealing with strong crosswinds imo.

Easy FBO to navigate. They have couches and a bathroom so I can't complain. Employees are always really nice and helpful. Enterprise will drop off vehicles for arrivals if scheduled.

We flew into to visit the in laws. The staff was super attentive. In fact when we taxied in we were meet by three line men that even helped us unload or bags. They made it easy to at a car on the ramp to be loaded. Would you believe they even put out a red carpet for us.

VERY friendly and helpful line service, helped us set up a rental car and better hotel rate through their FBO pricing without even asking. Quick service, and for flying a single-engine airplane, this is the first time I've felt like they care about our business as much as the Challengers, Citations, and King Air's parked next to our 206. Also, very competitive fuel pricing for the region. Make Albany your stop for cheap fuel, maintenance, and quick service.
