Buen servicio muy a tiempo

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Austell, Georgia location (4154 Austell Powder Springs Rd). On Mar 9, 2025, I placed a phone order at 7:13 PM with a projected pickup time of 20-30 minutes. Upon arriving at 7:51 PM, I found my order had not yet begun preparation.

While the store manager attributed the delay to understaffing, my observation of seven or eight employees in the preparation area (excluding delivery drivers) suggests that staffing levels, while perhaps less than ideal, did not fully account for the significant delay in fulfilling my order.

However, more concerning than the delay itself was the complete absence of proactive customer service. No apology was offered, and no steps were taken to mitigate the inconvenience. The interaction lacked the professionalism and effective problem-solving expected from a reputable establishment like Domino's.

I believe that a comprehensive review of customer service protocols and order management procedures at this location would be highly beneficial. Investing in staff training to enhance both efficiency and customer relations would significantly improve the customer experience and maintain Domino's high standards.

I trust you will take appropriate action to address these concerns and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

We had a few issues during the delivery, but the service to get it resolved was spectacular. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her a shout-out. She's News Years Day shift around lunch. She was quick and efficient in finding where my order was and immediately got the issue resolved. Top tier customer resolution. Also Maria was so sweet, Google maps was sending her in loops around the neighborhood. She didn't give up though she got my order delivered and even apologized despite it not even being her fault. Very good customer service, will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Don't trust reviews of people who forget to mention they ordered during peak dinner rushes or holiday weekends. The food is fresh, not frozen, & if there's ever a wait or delay it's always most likely just your order's number in line.

The spinach and feta cheesy bread slaps. Looks just like it did in the advertisement 😜. I ran in really quickly to pick up so didn't have much interaction but service was friendly and the facility seemed clean.

The $19.99 perfect meal deal was great. We got a lot of food for such a low price. I had an issue with this particular location. The food was ready on time if not early I did appreciate that. My husband picked up the food. He mentioned that the cashier who helped was on his phone throughout the entire ordeal. My husband had to remind them that we had more than one pizza and that we ordered a drink as well. When the food got home I double checked everything the sauce was missing for both the sides that we ordered. Mistakes happen however good customer service is a non negotiable.
