I have been living in Del Webb Nocatee for a little over a year. My husband and I love our new home. We love and are still meeting new neighbors in our community. Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful. We pinch ourselves sometimes because we feel so lucky to have found this wonderful new oasis. Also want to say how much we love our Canopy Club and all the many amenities that are offered there. Pickelball, cards, arts &crafts, mahjong, wine club, women’s club, photography club and our amazing gym are just some of the many clubs and activities available here. The weather is kind of great also.😊

Before visiting Del Webb Nocatee, I didn’t even know planned communities like this existed. They don’t in Oregon! I absolutely LOVE living in this community, attending fitness classes with some top notch trainers, making new friends who I know will be friends for life. To be able to have a lovely restaurant right on our premises with such lovely amenities. I wish EVERYONE could retire like this! ❤️

We've been here a year now. From the beginning, our communication with Catherine, Brian and Vadim (and staff) have been very forthright and open. We are enjoying our new home and the community very much. It is very well planned with many amenities and the construction quality of our home is excellent.

We just closed a week ago on our new home in DWN. Our Sales person Ian and our Project manager Erik were both so helpful throughout the process. They constantly sent us pictures and updates of the building process as we lived out of state. Our real estate agent Luis Marquez was also the best. He was continually in contact with us and also sent photos and gave us his updates as well. We are so excited to be new members of The Del Webb Nocatee family. The community is full of fun activities from pickelball, Bocceball, an amazing gym with many yoga and workout classes, many clubs like wine, travel, cards, marjong, crafting ect... There is also a lap pool (always heated), a beautiful large pool and a hot tub which are all open year round. The Canopy Club is just lovely and offers beer, wine, soft drinks and a farely decent menu in their cafe.
The most important part for me is the people we have met so far and the new neighbors I'll get to know soon. Everyone is happy and helpful. People have helped each other to share good venders that they have used and even share tables and chairs and other items for events. This is a new community and we may be 55+ but we have a lot of spunk left in us. Looking forward to enjoying many great days ahead with our new neighbors and community.
