Absolutely the best New York sandwiches you can get outside of New York. I got the hot pastrami sandwich and my lady got the roast beef sandwich(cold). Both were outstanding! If you're in the Gainesville, FL area and that's what you're looking for, I highly recommend Dave's. 👍

The lady that took our order didn't greet or look at us at all when we ordered. We waited a while and gave us 1/2 sandwiches, I guess there was a mix up so the lady went and started making my Philly cheese steak sandwich. Another lady started loudly moving signs and chairs around us swearing a lot, messing with the tv over us. We got our sandwich after about 30 minutes and it looks like a sloppy mess, I also didn't get onions which the sandwich is supposed to have.

Honestly you cannot go wrong with the food here. It’s consistently good and always very tasty. I had the pesto chicken panini and my wife had the egg and cheese bagel. We both loved it! They have a fantastic pastrami sandwich too. If you want a hearty and filling meal, this place is a good choice.

Every single employee in here is over the top. They are amazing at greeting every one and handing out boxes all whilst taking orders and cooking! Even with how busy it can get in here, it is still enjoyable and you can definitely get in and out of here on your lunch hour. There are so many items on the menu it is hard to choose! Which is a great problem to have if you ask me!!!

Hadn't been in here in a while, used to live on that side of town years ago and loved this place. Sad to see how far downhill it has gone. Came in around 820 am on a Wednesday morning, took about 15-20 min to get an egg and cheese sandwich. There was one other customer in the building. Place was dirty and rundown. Sandwich was dry and not good at all. 10 bucks for an egg and cheese sandwich and a coffee, would have been better off going to Wawa. They had 3 people that I saw working so it seemed properly staffed.

I'm from the bronx (with that being said we just moved here a week ago )and I asked for a bacon egg on a bagel and specifically asked if it's double bacon double egg and not "processed". It was not double egg or double bacon- it had one piece of bacon on each side of the bagel and processed egg. The first time we went i asked if they had a chicken cutlet (also known as chicken breast dipped in egg and breaded then fried and cut up. ) what i ended up getting was cut up grilled chicken on a hero. Not bad but this is definitely not a new york deli and this is the only reason why I'm leaving a review.
