I’m obsessed with this gym. I love coming here and the atmosphere is INCREDIBLE!!! You also get to see Dan Henderson all the time. Such a legend and Sooooo down to earth. I love my new gym so much.

My grandkids love it here. The coaches are patient and really good. The class sizes vary but when there are a lot of kids they bring in extra coaches. We do 3 days a week. Jiu-jitsu, wrestling and boxing. They are ages 5 boy and 12 girl.

Our son has been going here for a few months now, we switched from another local Jiu jitsu gym, and this is amazing. They do more than just jiu jitsu and you can go more days a week than just the traditional 2 days/wk at most sport places. Also parents can get a gym membership here for just a little extra per month and do their workout while kids are doing their training. And last but not least they have a kids club. We love it here, highly recommend.

I've been with DHAFC since it opened and even before it was Team Quest off of Date Street in Temecula.DHAFC has top tier coaches .Terac muay thai , Gustavo Boxing,Ashley Yoder has an excellent cardio program. Also Jiu-jitsu is amazing ?..i would never leave this place

It'll be 5 stars once construction is over in the parking lot.

Update: Construction is done in the parking lot. The young staff at the front desk never know what's going on with belt promotions or fight night events.

MMA can be very intimidating for a parent bringing their child for the first time. When my child and I went into Dan Hendersons gym we were both a bit nervous, excited, and overwhelmed. Kylie, who takes care of the front desk, and I am sure a lot more, was amazing, helpful, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. From day one this place was beyond my expectations. They really have a family-first atmosphere, and lead with care and education. The coaches Gustavo and Trevor are well versed in their style of fighting and have instilled a profound sense of confidence in my child, and all of this in a month. Nathan is amazing as well and helped us out big time! If Dan Henderson is anything like his employees, I cannot wait to meet him. My son will be joining soon as well as myself and I am excited for this new journey for my little family. If you are considering joining do not hesitate, I am sure that you will not regret it.

Great place for kids! They have a lot of kid class options. Parents can take a class at the same time as a kids class or work out so everyone can exercise together!
