The whole experience at this crossfit is WONDERFUL. Owner/coach Amy is so supportive, real, and non-judgemental. I love how you can walk in at any stage of life and fitness level and she empowers you to what you are capable of, even if you didn't think you were. I have gone to a few crossfit gyms and the space itself, the other members and the coaching is what everyone should experience when they want to workout and challenge themselves without feeling judged or pushed to the side because of fitness level. Working out and being fit can be a real challenge and this is the perfect environment to be yourself and accomplish goals you didn't even think you could do!
