I am so happy I found my CrossFit SRC family! I had done CrossFit on and off for awhile but I took a long break from it because I lost my motivation and passion for it. I quickly found it again at CrossFit SRC! The Coaches, Staff, Community and child care that they provide are BEYOND amazing! CrossFit is for everyone whether it’s your first time in a workout class or you’re a seasoned athlete. SRC will challenge you and push you in the best ways possible! I absolutely love this place and would tell anyone and everyone to come join us!

The coaches here are wonderful! I came in after years of not working out and they got me hooked! I've been here for 3 years now. The coaching is detailed and supportive. The class sizes are big enough to be motivating yet small enough to feel like personal coaching (they have that as well). The community is very supportive and you really do get what you put in here! I love this gym.

I highly recommend this gym. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. If you are looking for somewhere to drop-in while in town or join, you won't be disappointed.

Dropped in to do some weightlifting and the coaches were very accommodating and the equipment was perfect for what I needed! There was a separate area from class for lifting so I was able to have plenty of space without disrupting the class. Awesome facility and people. I went for a drop in and I’ll 100% be back whenever I’m in Milton. Thank you!

Not only great coaches that get you into the gym, but coaches that make you want to stay and come back again and again! Coaches that are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly have your best interest at heart!! Amazing coaches also make for an amazing community of people who encourage and cheer you on. It may be you vs you working out, but you’re part of something so much bigger! Having a kids room is a huge bonus to help crush those fitness goals!

This gym has vigilant, knowledgeable coaches that guide you through each workout so that you never have to wonder if you’re doing a movement correctly or worry about injuring yourself. Also, everyone is welcome like one big family. I walk in with the cares of the world on my shoulders, but leave with a smile on my face.
