all of the coaches are hands down amazing. coming to this gym for the first time a little over a year ago, i was SO scared to walk through those doors. not because i was new to fitness but because i thought “i could never do what these guys do!” “how could i fit in?” My friend had me come join a class with her and immediately everyone including members made me feel right at home. the coaches always make sure you are doing the right movements so you don’t hurt yourself and have options if you need to scale back a bit. i will never return to a normal gym again. my only regret is not making the choice to join earlier!

Carolyn was great in class today. She was very attentive to everyone and their needs for the workout. She was helpful in getting us prepared. Carolyn was encouraging throughout the whole workout, especially in this one being so long! She an excellent coach and can’t wait to go to one of her classes again!

Today was my First day. I absolutely loved coming here. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Wade was our coach today and he helped me being absolutely new at working out with modifications on workouts that fit my level. I would highly recommend this amazing place to anyone.

Amanda has been great over the past month that my 11yr old son has been going. Her patience is amazing and keeps him engaged, so it’s easy to get him up early in the morning to make the 6am class. Thank you for everything!

I have only been going to CrossFit LCV for about 3 months now but ALL of the coaches have made me feel welcome since day 1. I hit Russ’ class twice a week and he has been amazing. I really enjoy his fun loving attitude and his joy for teaching CrossFit. Russ really goes above and beyond to explain things and you can truly tell that he likes what he’s doing and enjoys seeing everyone improve and grow! I have been enjoying my time at LCValley CrossFit and I have really appreciated how friendly and helpful the owners, coaches and other members have been. Anyone who is hesitant or maybe a little scared; don’t be! ?

My daughter Angie got me started and it's been close to a month and love the coach we have as she is very happy and works very thoroughly and helps all very caring. All that workout at Crossfit are very friendly.
