First time visiting and I met Kevin. He has incredible customer service I shared with him. I needed some new Pickleball shoes and he took the time to bring me 4 to 5 different brands to Try on and was very knowledgeable with issue. He was warm and welcoming, and I felt like the most important person in the shop. I will definitely be back to try their paddle ball demo program and any other future Pickleball needs

I very specifically asked for them to replace my bumper guard and they said they had to check with their rep to see if the one they had would fit, and they'd charge me for the labor when I pick it up. I come to pick it up, the old bumper guard is still on. They tell me they found out it WOULD fit, but for some reason they didn't install it? The entire reason why I restrung was because I wanted the bumper guard replaced. Their "solution" was for me to buy the bumper guard now and they would put it on NEXT TIME I restrung. I was so absolutely dumbfounded I just stood there. I could not bring myself to get into an argument with people that are so absolutely dumb I just had to leave. That's not the solution to YOU messing up.

I will not be coming back. That's like a guaranteed way to lose a customer for life. So good job. The whole point of buying a racket from a brick and mortar store is to get actual customer service. Now I know that I shouldn't expect that, so I'll be buying online from now on.

So I had an old racquet with busted strings sitting in the closet for years, that I took for restringing. I requested Babolat strings; they also replaced the grip. Guess what? Easy power plus control. More top than I can recall ever seeing or feeling. To say I'm ecstatic is an understatement. Tools matter! Great job, guys!
