I cannot recommend this venue enough! We celebrated our wedding here in September of 2024 and thanks to Angela and her team, the day went on without a hitch. Not only is the space itself just so stunning and charming, you get access to a decor room and so many beautiful photo opportunities across the grounds. It is extremely hard to find an affordable wedding venue with a guest count of 200 but by allowing us to bring in outside catering and alcohol we were able to have our dream wedding at a gorgeous venue for a fraction of the cost elsewhere! There are no hidden fees, you get so many rooms to work with and get ready in the day of, and I got to bring in all of our supplies prior to the wedding which relieved SO much stress. We used their bartenders and they were so fun and people were raving about the drinks all night. Angela worked with me every step of the way and we booked her as our day of coordinator and it was the best decision we could have made! You can tell she is so passionate about what she does and truly cares about her customers and wants them to have the most special day. She seriously thought of everything and worked so hard to make our vision come to life. I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing that day because her and her team would have it handled. They were so accommodating and kind and handled our somewhat rowdy crowd with grace and we really had the best time. All of our guests could not stop raving about this place. Do yourself a favor and book this venue and be sure to count your blessings when it comes to working with Angela!

As a wedding photographer and videographer I love the unique country charm this venue has to offer. Such a beautiful outdoor gazebo ceremony space adjacent to lush green landscaping complete with ponies, white fencing and green hedges that add to the natural beauty of the landscape. Inside you also have spacious rooms for both bride and groom prep with plenty of entertainment for the groomsmen including pool and foosball tables for the guys. The reception room is large and has a beautiful barn door backdrop for the couples table and plenty of room for guest tables and dancing. And Angela is a pleasure to work with and the couples really love her. It really is a hidden gem in South Orange county for those that want to add a touch of country appeal to their wedding day.

Wonderful venue! I had no idea that I would be visiting this venue two times in a week when I got the bookings! Angela the venue coordinator was awesome to work with! And the entire staff was friendly and cordial.

This venue was like a clean white canvas, which means it could look however you want to make it look. Two different weddings had two completely different looks when it came to how the ceremony area and the reception hall looked.

The entire property, including the building itself, is quite spacious that there were a plenty of spots to take pictures.

The ample parking lot accommodated as many guests as a wedding could have invited.

I photographed a wedding here and it's one of my favorite venues! The getting ready area for both partners is incredibly large, well lit and perfect for portraits. The ceremony garden is always well landscaped and lush. Everything is close together so it's not a far walk in heels to get from one location to the next. There's just something about the flow at this venue! From ceremony to cocktail to reception!

The location was phenomenal. Very welcoming and so clean. It has its pros and cons if your having an outside even as there is an equestrian trail and lots of natural habitats. But the location is just beautiful, the landscape is full of seasonal blooms ? and greenery all around. The inside is just as impressive. I would love to go again or even have an event myself there. I personally attended a wedding and the bride was beautiful. However, the deejay was one of the best and most professional I’ve seen. If you want his info I have that. (prices are very reasonable)

What an absolute gem. Between the dreamy garden settings, the breadth of spaces you have to use, the freedom to choose your vendors, and the incredible staff this is truly an exceptional wedding venue. We needed a space with good indoor outdoor flow that would provide a full rain option if needed (given our guest count) and this more than fit the bill. And the best possible bonus - Angela!!! She manages the venue and can be booked as your day-of coordinator (which I HIGHLY recommend). Her calm presence, positive demeanor, and mastery of events in her space truly set our day apart. It was truly a dream come true to find such a perfect location to make our own. If you want to really customize your vision for a reasonable price and just have FUN on your wedding day book them now!!!

THEY DOUBLE BOOKED US! Only to let us know over 3 MONTHS LATER!

Within those 3 months we had all of our vendors booked with non refundable deposits, as well as the "Save the Date" cards we sent out to all of our guests to this venue. After 3 months of heavy planning, the manager, Angela, simply let us know via email that Coto Valley Country Club was breaching our contract because they had double booked us.

To mitigate the situation, we demanded that they would find us a replacement venue, but they decided to relinquish responsibility because they gave us our deposit back. DAMAGE ALREADY DONE! Putting aside all the lost time, we were scrambling to find the leftover venues that would still have our wedding date open. Even worse, finding a new venue that would fit with our already booked vendors cost us significantly more money.

Long story short, we sent them a settlement letter written by our lawyer to pay for our financial damages but they ignored it. We had no other choice but to take it to small claims court to get justice.

*In response to the owner:*
Coto Valley Country Country Club did offer to move the date a day before, but, with all of the vendors booked and paid non refundable deposits, time taken off of work, and save the dates sent where family and friends already booked flights and hotels, this was not an option. Additionally, trust had been broken - why would we trust them to honor a new date after double booking our original date? To be clear, Coto Valley Country Club never told us what the two other venues were. To say they gave us 6 months left is an overstatement given that anyone in their right mind would know 6 months is not a lot of time for a wedding. We didn’t “choose” to find a different venue, we were forced to due to a breach in contract and time running out. CCVC paid an additional $4,000 by court order because they would not settle when it was offered to them. Planning a wedding is stressful, and I’d hate for anyone else to go through such a nightmare.

If you're a bride looking to get married at Coto Valley Country Club we 100% say go for it. As wedding photographers, we've photographed a handful of weddings here and the whole day is an absolute dream from start to finish. Not only does the venue have beautiful, well manicured grounds, but it's incredibly functional and convenient for everyone involved with your wedding.

One thing we always recommend to brides when looking for a wedding venue is to find something that is all inclusive, and Coto Valley delivers. With bridal and grooms suites on site, a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, and an elegant yet functional reception space, you and your guests (and vendors) will love all that this venue has to offer. Coto Valley's getting ready areas are some of our all time favorites because they are simply massive white rooms! They get excellent light and have plenty of room to get ready without cluttering the space for photos. They offer great DIY possibilities for brides on a budget as well!

To top it all off, the venue manager, Angela, is such a joy to work with and very helpful throughout the day to make sure everything is running smoothly and running on time. We can't wait to work here again!
