I come here for the driving range but this Corica has two 18 hole courses (one almost complete with its multi-year renovation), and a par 3 - 9 hole that’s quite nice. It’s PUBLIC!!! It’s close to the Oakland airport and waterways so it just seems so wide open. It’s a local favorite.

I like Corica pretty much, but will I pay 50+ USD to play 9 holes at North course again? ( BTW, walking) Answer is a no-brainer NO.

Not much design here at Corica, only thing is that the green is challengingly lots of ups and downs.

Very fun course! Tee boxes and greens are in phenomenal conditions. Layout is pretty wide open which makes it really fun. Bunkers have sand which is nice. Only docking it bc of the price. With the advanced fee and not being a resident it was $150+ which is just to steep for what you get.

Gorgeous links style course with great views and amazing conditions. The greens were fast, large and challenging. Bunkers were positioned well and the course is a good test from the black and blue combo. The rough can be very difficult so keep it in short grass to have a good chance to score here. The longest par 3 can play about 250 yards so fair warning if you decide to play from the tips. Overall value and customer service was excellent! I'll be back.

Pretty good spot for the Bay Area! Course drains really well and the greens are always in great shape but insanely fast (but true) and huge. Practice your 50 footers. I wish the starters were just a little more on top of it. Sometimes they try to push people out a slot or two early before even seeing if the actual group is coming for their time and then it creates a mess when they do show up 5-10 mins before and someone is on the box. Wish they would space the tee times out to 15 mins instead of 10, however I've never had a round over 5 hours there. I do think the weekend rates are pretty insane for a public course ($110), pre 1 pm, but can't beat their twilight or walking rates. Easy course to walk and lots of fairway to find. Definitely recommend but just some small stuff that makes it not a 5 star place.

The practice facilities are great. Good driving range and short game area. The short game green is in immaculate shape especially considering how much play it gets. All the putts roll very true. Really feels like you’re putting on tour quality greens. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I played the new North course recently. Overall, it’s on its way to being a nice course but they’re still very much in the development phase. No cart paths finished yet, yardage markers, trash cans, ball washers, etc. You can only walk the course right now and with it being unfinished the price point is too high. I’ll give it another go when it’s completed.

first time on south course was great. pro shop is super nice and had a good selection of items. its not a long course but the space between holes adds up. still think its an easy walk. i think the layout is fun and greens are challenging. weekend pace is slow be prepared for 5hr round if its sat or sun.

I fly in to visit and I enjoy trying new courses. I normally play tilden Park and monarch bay, but heard about this play so I gave it a go. Staff were very friendly. The day I played was ladies day, which I think is great, but pace was very slow. Staff did what they could to speed it up, which I appreciated. My main complaint, as it should be, is the course is in terrible shape. Couldn't find a piece of good looking fairway all day. It's a shame because it's an interesting layout. Don't be fooled by the filtered shots others post. And for 80, I wanted to go in and ask for my money back. I mentioned the terrible conditions when I went in to buy a coin, and they simply smiled and nodded.

Much better courses around, at a much better price point. I won't be coming back.
