I have been going to this gym for a couple of months now, and I love this place. I felt nervous the first time I joined, and Coach Mo introduced me to everyone. Since then, I feel like they are family. I enjoy Muay Thai, and Coach Mo is knowledgeable and very patient.Thank you ?

Family friendly, safe, clean environment. This gym is so welcoming, you really feel like you are part of a family. They teach awesome adult and kids classes alike. They also have a great conditioning class for those who want to get a quick lunch time workout in, and it's fast and fun! I can't say enough good things about this gym, or the owners. Wonderful people, wonderful place to learn and have fun!

Been training for about 6months first day I came in felt nervous but everyone was welcoming . Brought my daughter in and they where happy for her to be hanging with the club … clean , and a family environment …drop in , you won’t regret it ?

This gym has had a profound effect on my children, discipline and respect for themselves and others is huge! The mats are cleaned after every class. The instructors keep it fun and relaxed to learn while also keeping a tempo that keeps things interesting. One of the larger gyms in the area you get to roll with a lot of different body types. Everyone seems to want to help you get better. Super positive environment for self improvement. Scheduling is really nice with class times all through the day to allow everyone the opportunity to train. More to the point the kids classes are right before the adults class, a second area away from the mats for the kids to hangout and play while the parents get to train. This is huge for us. We can all train together and talk about what we learned that day as a family. Cannot recommended enough.

I’ve been going to this gym for 6 months. Definitely a family atmosphere as others have mentioned. Instructors, owner, and members are friendly, helpful, and supportive. Lessons are taught in an approachable manner for someone with limited experience. The rolling afterwards is great.

Been training here for about 4 months now. Great family atmosphere, no ego's, everyone is very respectful and willing to help if your not understanding what your doing. Great community to be a part of, I love every night I go to class it's always a super fun lesson and the coaches are hilarious so they always have everyone laughing. Honored to train here.

Great gym for bjj and Muay Thai. Excellent coaches, great community, welcoming classroom. If you are beginner this is the place to learn.. if you aren’t a beginner this is a place to roll with some real killers. Highly recommend dropping in and doing a class.

Wonderful gym. Shad is the kind of leader and community builder you want to get behind. Great instructors and even as a white belt you get to practice rolling which is different than some of the other studios on the area. Highly recommend!
