Former budtender here & Was helped by Maritza V. Not sure if she doesn’t enjoy her job or maybe woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Whatever the case was she had a nasty attitude and I was definitely not pleased with my service. I already knew what I wanted and still got attitude in return, but thanks for the 30% off.. and they wonder why they don’t get tipped?

This the only store that actually responds on instagram. Cause you can’t call any stores to talk about whats in stock or when they might get some more inventory. Can’t call about default products. But my main problem is where there rosin at? All of the sudden they stop getting the good quality brand's. Idk just sucks. Cause I want to spend 160-200$ every visit with you guys. But oh well. Spend it somewhere else. (Sacramento resident)

The security guard with Next Level Protection named "Show"(face all tatted up and looks like he just got out of prison) illegally detained my property last night, an E-bike, and would not let me leave with it, claiming someone told him that it was stolen from his friend recently. I was then pushed by Show and was physically prevented to unlock my bike when I tried to leave, and then threatened with arrest by Show when I got upset and told him he had no right to be doing what he is doing to me. He claimed since the ebike was on the property, he had every right to detain it since it could POSSIBLY be stolen. My time was wasted and I was essentially held hostage until this random persons friend came and ultimately saw that it indeed wasn't his stolen ebike(go figure) lmao my lawyer is going to love this. Next time I go to Club W I'm going to tell Show that a customer has a cell phone that looks like mine and was stolen recently, and see if he also detains their property illegally lol because he is unhinged and probably will do it. If anything he should have called the police to handle the situation, but apparently he thinks he has more power than he does. I was not causing a disturbance at the dispensary, or annoying customers, or blocking any entrances/exits. So it was literally none of Shows business what this random person out of the blue was saying about my ebike. He is unhinged and needs to be fired immediately before he hurts someone. He enjoyed this little power play he pulled way too much. Thank goodness he's not police, or he would be trampling on everyone's rights daily like a tyrant.
