Club Skin Gym has been amazing for my skin care. I started going a little over a year ago when my wife bought me a group of appointments as a gift. I have been going every month for over a year and have noticed a huge difference. My family, colleagues, and even my dermatologist has noticed. Their customer service and experience is great. All of the face trainers are personable, knowledgeable and great to work with. Products are great and they explain them well. The Club in Villa Park is well maintained and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve their overall facial skin appearance and health.

I have been going to Club Skin Gym for just about three years now. Every service I have ever had has been five stars. All of the employees are highly knowledgeable both in skin care and skin care products that are appropriate for each skin type. I love that they can customize your treatment based on your skin concerns. As a 40 something year old woman, I love the compliments that I get on my glowing skin. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I found this spot randomly on Google a couple of years ago and I’m so glad I did. I was looking for a spot to get a facial and Club Skin Gym, Villa Park popped up. I live out of the area but every time I’m in town to visit family, I’m sure to make an appointment for a Skin Gym Face Workout. All of the people there are knowledgeable and nice. They are willing to answer any questions you might have and find the right products/solutions for you. My skin looks and feels radiant after my treatment. Highly recommend.

Very pleased so far with this facility and the professionalism of everyone there. They welcome you every time and are always on time. My technician is very knowledgeable and explains everything she’s doing to make sure I understand. Only intended to come to redeem my Groupon but I keep coming back! Recommend!

I have been getting facial treatments at the Villa Park location for a few years now. Today was especially good with Trainer Lex 🙂 It is a very relaxing, calming, and clean place. The products smell amazing and of course my skin always feels fantastic afterwards.

The first time I went, it was the most amazing experience and I loved my time there + the results. I did go back a second time and it was a terrible experience. Not only did I get an esthetician that wasn’t experienced, I got one that was sick. She was sniffling over my face the entire time I was on the table therefore I received the bare minimum service. She kept leaving the table to go blow her nose and couldn’t work well. I then mentioned my experience to the girl at the front desk and she still asked if I wanted to tip on top of my total of $195. Also, this place isn’t a place for a relaxing facial. It has very loud hip hop music and your lay next to several other people while they are all speak very loud.

Worst. experience. ever. First timer to this place. Arrived and sat waiting - approx 10 mins. As some of the technicians saw me and walked past me to help their customers, nobody greeted me. It wasn't until the receptionist arrived from picking up her Starbucks, was I greeted. She asked me to check in. Waited another 15-20 minutes until another employee arrived and told me the nurse was running late and should arrive in 15 mins or so. My appt was set for 1045AM and now it's 1115-1120AM. Nurse arrives and apologizes. Says she drives from San Pedro or Riverside on any given day etc etc. Gave me botox. She gets done and I just want to pay and leave. I ask front desk to pay - they are having problems with their system. Takes another 15 min or so until I rush them and tell them I have to leave. They finally get it together and enable me to pay. Now closer to 1130-1145AM. Botox appts at other places have never been longer than 10-20 min max. As a parting gift, I developed a bruise on the right side of my temple the next morning (today) - something I've never experienced before. Will never return.
