My kids have been training at City of Palms BJJ since day one, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The level of care, attentiveness, and dedication to the kids is truly something special.

I checked out City of Palms Jiu Jitsu while I was in town over Christmas break, and was glad I did! Professor Brock, was super welcoming and is very enthusiastic about jiu jitsu and teaching it no matter the skill level, or age. If you’re looking to compete this is the spot to go as well, plenty of the athletes at City of Palms compete regularly. I am current a D2 wrestler at UNCP and it was a great experience!

City of Palms Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is truly exceptional! My son, daughter, and I have been training here, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience for our entire family. The facility is always spotless, creating a great environment to train. The coaches are highly skilled and provide top-notch training tailored to all skill levels.

What stands out the most is the welcoming and encouraging community. From day one, we felt like part of the family. Everyone here supports each other’s growth, both on and off the mats. I got to visit city of Palms Brazilian jiu-jitsu again this year. Every time I come in from out of town Professor Brock’s team is very welcoming and friendly. He’s a fantastic instructor and I learn something new every time I visit. If you’re in the Fort Myers area, or just passing through, you definitely need to check them out. Kids and adults will have a great experience!

Wow what a great place to train!

Brock was awesome and taught some really high level technique! Some of the details he emphasized were crucial to the development of my own game and I really look forward to using those key details.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and had great technique. Not to mention the art was incredible there. Very impressed and eager to return next time I visit Ft Myers!

I joined City of palms BJJ almost a year ago a week before Halloween. From the beginning COP has been a welcoming atmosphere from the beginning. Always a lighthearted professional atmosphere, with great coaches, and just as great roll partners. The positives don’t stop there, shortly after my entrance to the team, I was allowed to join the competition team. Despite hardships, the coaches have been with me to improve. City of palms has been not just a new beginning for me, but a completely positive change in lifestyle.

I have been training at City of Palms BJJ since the very beginning, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible academy. Jiu Jitsu has helped me grow as an individual in so many ways.

I’ve been competing since I was a white belt, and I truly believe that the competitor’s mindset, along with everything it requires of me both on and off the mats, has made me a better person.

What makes City of Palms truly special to me are two things. First, it’s become a community of people who do life together, both on and off the mats. Some of my closest friends have come from this journey.

Second, the confidence I’ve gained as a woman to protect myself and my children is empowering and invaluable. City of Palms has made such a positive impact on my life, and I’m proud to be part of this community!
