Todo muy bien super amables muy limpio solo ay un problema supuestamente habren alas 4 de la mañana y no habren alas 4 e estado esperando 45 minutos afuera y hoy espere una hora y me toco regresarme porque en una hora nadie habría las puertas del gimnasio ojalá tengan encuentros este comentario porque mucha gente como yo bamos al gimnasio antes de ir al trabajo y perder casi una hora esperando no se me ase muy bien por toda la gente esperando afuera

I have nothing but good experiences here. The classes are amazing! Just 45 min work out and you’re done, no need to work out on regular equipment. However, the regular equipment and the green grass area is very straightforward. The sauna and the recovery areas great combination with your work out. It’s a must to finish it just across the board this location is amazing. Highly recommend.

Best gym ever employees are great and the gym itself is amazing. The reason for a 1 star is because unless you leave a 1 or 2 star the problem you are having with any company doesn’t get addressed otherwise!! I’ve had this membership for almost a year and I mostly love the place close to home and their cleanliness! But closing sauna and gym amenities down because your business is having staffing issues is not a great reason to keep charging customers to be able to use your facilities for everything else apart from certain things at certain hours It is not fair to customers that have jobs and businesses of their own. I have two stores of my own and I don’t hold my customers responsible for my staffing issues! If it says that your gym is open till 10pm all the amenities that customers pay for during business hours should be available to them.

Gym was always well maintained. Very friendly staff. Incredible equipment. In my 15 plus years going to the gym. Chose had been by far my favourite gym. Recently moved away so had to cancel my gym. After attending planet fitness now, it shows Chuze equipment and staff wise is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition at a fraction of the price.

I personally like the way the gym is spread out. Lots of room to work out with equipment or solo exercises. I also like the fact that the aerobic room is available if there are no classes taking place. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the manager she's an excellent example of great customer service she has a bright affect good team leader. I've observed her dealing with difficult customers in a very calm and effective manner as well as cleaning the gym, actually showing the new employees how to clean properly, leading by example. She's an attribute this company.
