I’ve always struggled to be self motivated when it comes to fitness. The team and collective community at Chattanooga Fitness was exactly what I needed to find a passion for my health. Coming off of some health issues, I had lost a lot of muscle strength and gained some weight. Ive seen great success combining the specialized fitness instruction with the included nutrition coaching. I’ve really come to enjoy attending the classes, seeing familiar faces and getting encouragement from the other women in the class. It’s a great atmosphere and I highly recommend this gym!

Chattanooga Fitness Club for me personally has helped me with Confidence.
I wanted to workout on a one on one basis being an introvert. But joining in on group sessions have really been the best for me. Having the opportunity to meet some really good spirited people.
Consistency , with making sure I keep going. Even if it’s two days out of the week sometimes. I push myself more.
And Gains. Yes you read correctly. Even if it’s 1 or 2 pounds, in reality it’s been more. But my goal is to gain and be toned. And the bonus is it’s a FUN gym ! So in conclusion Thank You Chattanooga Fitness Club with helping me in my personal life journey.

I spent years trying to find a workout routine I could stay consistent with and didn’t hate. I joined Chattanooga Fitness Club in April/May of this year and I have stayed consistent for 6 months now. The community of women here at the club is unlike a lot of other gyms I’ve been to. For the first time, I feel celebrated for getting stronger, and being able to track my progress of the weight I’m lifting in the club’s app is so encouraging. The class times are very manageable, and the trainers are super helpful to ensure good form and help manage progressing how much we lift. I feel so much stronger, healthier, and happier! I’m so thankful I found Chattanooga Fitness Club!

Chattanooga Fitness Club was exactly what I needed to get a jump start on a fantastic workout routine and nutrition plan! Josh provides great nutritional coaching and the trainers are supportive without making you feel intimidated. I would highly recommend Chattanooga Fitness Club to anyone.

Thank you Chattanooga Fitness Club, personal trainers, and all the members that I workout with. I use to be very sedentary but since joining Chattanooga Fitness Club I have more energy and am in a better mood. I have been working out 3 times a week (at all different times), meeting with a nutrition specialist, and getting a body scan each week. Having someone to workout with has made me accountable to show up. I love it! Come join us and change your lifestyle!!! 😀

If you’re looking for a gym that will help you truly transform then look no further. Chattanooga Fitness Club’s approach really works if you follow the program. I signed up in mid December and 6 weeks later I am down 15 pounds! You get the combination of small group fitness training, nutrition guidance and accountability. A win win all around.

Chattanooga Fitness Club is an awesome place to work out. Small groups, individual attention and genuine interest in everyone's success. The coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Great place for women to become a better version of themselves in a comfortable encouraging environment.
