Challenging, scenic track designed through the rolling hills of west Georgia. Bunkers were recently redone. Greens roll true. Chapel Hills is a fun course to play.

Okay - let’s start with the good stuff about Chapel Hills. It’s a really fun course that offers different challenges based on which tees you decide to play. It has so many undulations in the fairways as well as levels on the greens that can be setup many different ways. It’s also a very scenic course with lots of elevation changes and interesting hole layouts. The staff is always friendly and they have many events at the club.

The course is in reasonably good shape. The greens are always great though they were a little slower today than I’ve seen the past. They are normally lightening fast. Several fairways have drainage issues in spots but nothing major given the soaking we’ve taken this year. Several of the bunkers are in need of refreshing since the sand is very thing and has turned red because of the clay content. Several of the cart paths have areas that need repair - again nothing too terrible but you’ll notice it for sure.

All-in-all this is always a great place to play - really enjoy the course, people and pace of play.

The green were very nice, the staff was great getting 26 guys out. I hate they dropped off Invited but the price was not bad.

I finally made the drive out this way i usually never drive west of atlanta to play. Hoping this course stays on GolfNow for a while so I can return. The greens were Aerated the beginning of the month and were nice but still a tad slow, the back 9 were a lot better.

Some of the bunkers were missing sand. The pace of play was fantastic and the staff were all incredibly friendly. All of the other reviews about this course are for sure legit.

This course is going to be really good one day but I would not call it perfect yet.

Played today through golf now ( member for a day) Obviously this course like many are struggling big time with private memberships. They had abour 40 different tee times available. Booked for 1233. Played the front 9 with 2 of us in about 90 mins.. perfect

Make the turn. Hole 10 is a disaster area. Fine.
We get behind a 5 sum ! Yes i said a 5 sum. What course allows that ? No marshall anywhere ever at any point our entire round. So guess do what you want ?
Wait entire hole. Go to 11 and they arent even finished teeing off yet when we pull up.
Don't let us play through

Decide to call it a day. Go to the front desk. Explain what us going on. He tells me shouldn't be a 5 sum unless it's the "Patel group " I'm like no clue buddy. Don't care either . I would like a rain check for the back 9. For both me and who I'm playing with.
He refuses . Since I am not a "member" and booked through golf now.. mind you golf now i payed a $5.33 fee to hold tee time. I paid the course $61 a person today..

He won't budge on raincheck. Tells me "just play the front 9 again "
By the way I have already loaded clubs and taken shoes off when I went inside to address this..
I told him your call. You make it right! Or I can rip you on Google. He said he understood but wasn't offering anything for back 9
Walked out. And here we are ..

Also no cart girl ?
No marshall. Just a free for all . Group of 5. Whole 11 was cart path only.
All 3 cards in the middle of the fairway just past red tees on there drives.

Although I still won't consider playing chapel hills again. He did get us taken care of with mirror lake

I love Chapel Hill Golf Course, but the problem is that it doesn’t love me back. It’s a very challenging course, and I look forward to playing it from my “76” year old forward Tees…lol
Cudos to Deron Owens for all that he does kept public relations at the top level!

The greens are in great condition now!. Very nice track and the marshal kept the groups moving at a comfortable pace.
