This property is so nice. Molly and Brittany did a phenomenal job at the front desk for any need that had and a lot of information for what to do around the area. Everything well within walking distance.The property is very well kept. The condo is well equipped for all of your needs if you wanted to cook in. It also had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, etc.. We will be back!

The unit itself was very nice. We stayed in 706. Great views. Very nicely decorated, very clean. The master only had a queen size bed, which is stated in the description (but I must’ve missed that). It was very comfortable. I am just used to a king size bed. The building overall was “ok”. It is dated. The game room is nice, but like I said just you can tell it has not been updated in quite some time. My only major complaint is the pool is SOOOOO COLD. Like unbearable. The front desk said the heat turns on automatically once the water hits 74 (which is still FREEZING). However, it was extremely cold and I am sure the pool water was well below that temp. It was like an ice bath. If the pool was truly heated I would consider going back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My family was in town for a football tournament. I think the property was nicely kept and the house was stunning and beautifully decorated. My family ended up in a different condo than the one I originally booked, due to the owner deciding to come for a visit (even though I had already paid my deposit for the unit). However, I was seamlessly switched to an available unit which was appreciated.

The only thing that I would like to comment about was how humid the condo was. I constantly felt like the bedding was moist and my hair would be really frizzy in the mornings. I know it was beach front, however, in January, there is no reason for the house to be so humid that there were puddles under all the glass doors from the condensation.I had to use towels to dry the areas. I thought maybe one of the kids spilled some water, however I had woken up early and everyone was still asleep. On the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and living room, you could see where it is clearly a consistent problem because you could see specks of mold if looking closely. We were only in the room to really sleep, as we were extremely busy the entire stay, however, the condensation was noticeable especially in the mornings.

Other than that our stay was enjoyable, the front desk staff was friendly and I would love to visit the property again, but in a different unit.

As much as I want to keep this perfect gem of a place in the best location on the beach all to myself, I will give my review so others can enjoy too. We have been coming to the Oceania Beach Club for several years. It is a wonderful place to stay in an absolutely perfect location on New Smyrna Beach. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and right on the beach. The staff at Casago is helpful and always great to interact with. Staying at the Oceania is a complete unplug from daily life with everything you need within walking distance or a 5 minute drive away. We were there last week and I'm ready to go back!

The pictures of the condo were accurate. The building and units are older. The location is convenient and can walk to Flagler Ave where you will find shops and restaurants. What a beautiful beach! Almost everything you might need for your stay is provided. Beds were comfortable. White towels, wash cloth, etc are included. The staff at the front desk are very helpful! Some recommendations: provide tissues, provide body lotion, a night light for both bathrooms, nicer and matching patio furniture, a picture showing the master bathroom shower as was very tiny, a list of restaurant recommendations in unit, a list of recommended places to visit in unit

My kinship and I had a very relaxing wonderful 3 full days at Oceania condos. They are very accommodating and wonderfully kind. It was unfortunately a bit chili but we still had a wonderful relaxed time. Thank you Oceania, we will be back again next year for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay. It was quiet and peaceful (other than occasional times when there were groups at the pool playing, all at appropriate times). Staff members were friendly. Facilities were clean. We hope to return again soon!
