Capones is solid. You get there early enough, there usually isn't a charge. The drinks are fairly priced , the bartenders are nice. The crowd is energetic , they play all genres of music. Some nights the DJ mixes are boring, but you can still have a good time.

Went last week 2 times, the ladies on the bar stole $25 one time and then $50 from my card. I paid for the beers I had, they gave me a receipt of $17, minutes after I received a notification from my bank that a debit of $50 was made by Capone's, I ask the lady on the bar and she just told me to talk to my bank. I did it but my bank couldn't do anything because the debit was "made" for me... Never going back to this place again, those ladies are THIEVES!!

I arrived at the lounge and was immediately stopped by a security guard who mentioned there was a cover charge. I was fine with that, but when I offered to pay by card, he told me they only accepted cash. I’ve been to plenty of lounges and nightclubs that offer various payment options, so this just felt shady and unprofessional. Frustrated, I decided to take my business across the street to a place that actually accommodates their customers by accepting credit cards.

Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND!!! A group of friends and I went there the night of 10/12/24. One of my friends is a gay male and the bouncer yelled “Hey yall he’s gay! Keep that in mind and watch him!” We were all super super taken a back by the blatant disrespect. When we all decided to leave after the homophobic and disrespectful comment, my friend (the gay male) was looking for our other friends with his phone in his hand so we can leave, and a different bouncer got really aggressive with him and got in his face and said “yo yo what are doing!?” to the point where my guy friend had to put his hands up and stop the bouncer from getting in his face. We’ve been to Capone’s twice before and witnessed the bouncers being aggressive with other patrons and this time it hit us. WE WILL NEVER come back. We’re students at a local college and we’ve told the fraternities and sororities. With being a club in SoFlo where the LGBTQ population is large, SHAME ON YOU for allowing homophobia to reside. Looking at some of the other reviews you all have always had serious problems with your bouncers, it’s time to change that, ASAP! One of our friends has a brother that works for the local news and we had to talk her out of letting channel 7 know. Not a good look!

STAY FAR AWAY from this DANGEROUS nightclub inside and out!!! Our 2 son's we're badly beaten by 7 men, just outside Capone's nightclub. The goal was to steal their belongings. Our son's reported the incident immediately to the 10+ hired police officers outside the nightclub, police told our son's ...."NOTHING WE CAN DO, MOVE ALONG, NOT OUR PROBLEM"
Im glad to see many negative reviews about this nightclub on google. Safety should always be a priority, and these venues are held accountable.
BTW muggers used the visa cards immediately after the incident and still trying to use the blocked visa cards today, January 2025.

iPhone was STOLEN right out of my purse. Security did not care at all and refused to even attempt to help me find it. They just replied “you should have read the sign” and pointed to a sign that says beware of pick pocketers. STAY AWAY from here - you will have your belongings stolen and false advertising- there is no security here.🤦‍♀️
