My family and I had an EMERGENCY situation where we required immediate accommodations. I phoned and spoke to a sweet young lady who tried to help us, but her computer wasn’t cooperating so she asked her associate David to contact us. He was extremely understanding, very sympathetic, and within minutes, had us booked in a gorgeous townhouse that included a garage. The townhouse was perfect. The price was great. It was exactly what we needed-clean fantastic location, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the minute we spoke on the phone to the time that we checked out we had nothing but positivity. The next time we have a cruise/stay in the area, these will definitely be the first people that we call. Thank you again.!

Camere pulite, spaziose e ottimo servizio. L’accesso é fattibile ad ogni ora del giorno con il codice all’entrata e per accedere alle camere. Nulla é lasciato al caso anche i dettagli e lo stile dell’arredamento molto marino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il nostro appartamentino con 3 camere e un bagno era dotato di ogni comfort, molto apprezzata la caffettiera in dotazione! Presente lavatrice e asciugatrice, sapone e shampoo e anche prodotti per lavare i piatti. Luogo tranquillissimo e sicuro, vicino al porto (raggiungibile facilmente sia dall’aeroporto c.ca 30/40 min) molto vicino a Port Canaveral per il terminal crociere (9min in Uber). Ho apprezzato i dettagli, la pulizia, il confort dei letti, la tv Smart e l’aria condizionata, tornerei sicuramente.

Highly recommend and so enjoyed our stay. Room was immaculately clean. Employees were extremely responsive and helpful. Rooms are also very up to date and so beautiful. Can’t say enough great things! Will definitely return. Perfect place to stay before a cruise.

When we arrived at our townhome it had not been cleaned after receiving an email stating it was ready to go. After an hour of conversations at 9 PM after a 25 hour drive they placed us in condos for one night. To which we had to repack everything the next morning so we could move into the townhome that night after it had been cleaned. The gentleman I spoke to admitted it was their fault as the system did not create a cleaning working order, nor did the person at the front desk physically check the home as they are supposed to do. Complete fail on their end. We have been home for a week and they finally gave us a credit for $138 when our nightly rate was over $200. Was informed we would not be refunded any taxes and fees associated with the one night stay they have agreed to refund. When we did get to the townhome after it had been “cleaned” the floors were still sticky, there was a wad of hair stuck to the floor where either candy or gum was stuck to the floor. Would not recommend this resort to anyone. Not very accommodating to their customers. Only care about taking your money.

Great location, space and amenities. Unfortunately, we had to buy a couple of fans because AC wasn't working properly the first night and two of the bedroom fans weren't working. Since it was late, staff had to get AC guy there in the morning. The townhouse was in desperate need of maintenance, which we informed the staff when we left of all the issues. The staff seemed concerned, so if we stay again, we will check everything as soon as we get there and let them know so they can fix quickly..
