Decided to check out the course the other day and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The course was great, but the service inside was even better. The two blonde bartenders were quick to get me served and provided excellent customer service, you can tell they love their job. I can't wait to come back here again.

Was in the area and stopped in for some Thursday night football. The two servers Sara and Savannah were very attentive and a ball of energy! They made sure everything was just right and made sure our glasses were never empty. They made the whole experience very enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back again!

I got sick either on the short ribs or the flat beers . Not sure .
Short ribs were tasty but very grease.
I say beers because they served me the wrong beer first than ran out of the next two I tried.
Would not recommend for food.
Not sure about golf .

Free pool tables and darts! The burger is incredible, super flavorful and the right amount of juiciness. Great portions, as well. My parents also loved their dishes.

My wife and I have dined in many highly rated restaurants. Some down right disappointing and quite expensive. So I finish a round of golf and take my wife to the Belted Cow for lunch. This is lunch remember because my wife had some of the most delicious fresh sea scallops she has ever had and I had a hardy stew that was outstanding. I could hardly believe this was the same restaurant I had eaten lunch in a few times the year before. The waitress mentioned brunch on Saturday or Sunday so we definitely will try it. If you haven't been there go, it might not be fancy, fancy but if you want an outstanding meal then you will not be disappointed.

New chef is fantastic, food is amazing and the place is clean and seems to be running smooth. A bright future for Canaan as a town and as a lifelong resident, I am very excited for what is too come in the future. Well managed, nice staff, and hard working bartenders, if you’re looking for mouth watering and well priced food, or just a round of golf, this is the place to be.

Good food but poor management. Dined there twice in the last 3 weeks, first time we waited 45 minutes to be served our burgers. Food was cold, apparently no communication between one waitress at end of shift and new waitress at the beginning of her shift. Today ordered cheeseburger which per menu includes fries and spicy pickle chips. Received dill pickle wedge and potato chips instead. When we asked about the fries we were told there is only one cook and he can't cook burgers and fries simultaneously. Will not return.
