This is my home. I have been away for 9 years but I'm coming back. I read a long review written by a visitor that sure didn't sound like the Calvary chapel I know and love. Cliff, Brian, Richard, and Roslan can that review possibility be real? This church is closer than family and did welcome all who arrived at their doors.

I called this church a few months ago with a request for prayer, left my phone number in my name, no reply. I tried another time by texting the pastor himself, no reply. I then visited this church last week (giving it its third and final chance) and was intercepted by an usher who welcomed me, ask me if I was new to the church, (of which I stated I was) and I proceeded to sit in the back. Directly across from that row of seats and where I came in at was where the pastor was sitting, so yes, he saw me come in. Very small church, anyone that goes there would know if you are a stranger or not.
Two songs were played before we all sat down. Very small worship band and area for them but they were pretty good. Next, the pastor proceeded to talk about announcements and their up-and-coming trip to China for ministry purposes. Then he started his message based on reaching out to the misfits, ugly people, people with issues and problems (who doesn't have them?), befriending strangers in need, etc etc etc... End of service and invitation to the altar for prayer where the pastor proceeded to go to the back by the door, why? Then the service ended and I was the first one out because I sat in the back The pastor actually opened the door for me, saying "excuse me" like I was in his way or he was in mine? He didn't even introduce himself or shake my hand or say a word to me like how about "glad you came" or "hope we see you again soon"! So much for reaching out to those in need, eh? I know for a fact he didn't recognize my face because I've never been there and he didn't even practice what he just preached! In all my years as a Christian, I have never encountered such profound hypocrisy and felt so unwelcomed! I went to this church because it is Calvary chapel-based, I wanted to give it one last chance to connect to me; I really needed prayer and to be connected to fellow Christians, I've never felt so estranged! I cried when I got in my car!!

Pastor Cliff is the best. Great sound doctrine and biblical teachings make this church a must if u live in the valley.

I went last whensday at 7 and no one came up to me not even the paster. I thought we are to welcome the new people. I won’t be going back

We really enjoy the benefits of a small church. Large parking lot. Child care is only at 11 am service.
