We love coming here! The food has always been delicious. The service has been great and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. It is a neat little restaurant with much to see and enjoy. We have brought our family here time and time again and highly recommend it to anyone that is in the area!

It was a pleasure to have a bit here. Two friends told me we should go here as the food and drinks were GREAT and there was live music there fri and sat. The piano player was very very good. We had a GREAT time.

Great experience. The food was delicious. I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had a salad, which she enjoyed. The wait was a little long. However, they were pretty busy. We had stuffed mushrooms for appetizer and finished off with cake and ice cream. We also had 2 drinks, and both drinks were a little heavy-handed (strong), but ok. For everything, it was under a hundred dollars, which was great. I will definitely be returning.

Very interesting restaurant in the Ione Hotel. Very nice inside with lots of antiques and cool features. I had the wedge salad and split a pizza with my wife. I loved the salad and liked the pizza. My wife had the Strawberry Salad and hated just about everything about it. Friendly service, but really slow. Not many guests, but took close to 30 minutes to get our food, after ordering. Still, I think the atmosphere and food are worth a visit. Maybe not the Strawberry Salad. ?

Burke Family Restaurant in Ione, CA, is one of our favorite spots to enjoy a meal and some great live piano music. We especially love the music in the bar area on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM to 8 PM, where you can hear timeless classics from Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and other musical theater greats, along with jazz standards. The salads, coconut shrimp, and rib eye meal are all fantastic. It’s also a wonderful place to visit during the holidays, to hear all the Christmas classics. My wife always makes sure to stop by whenever we’re in the area to hear the piano player. Highly recommend the food, atmosphere, and hospitality—perfect for entertaining guests or celebrating a birthday or holiday dinner.

We’ve stopped by Burke Family Restaurant in Ione, Ca for lunch twice now and each time the food has been fantastic! Top Notch Chef and very friendly and helpful waitress.
Try the rissotto while there and the minestrone soup . They have an early bird special Mon - Thursday for $16 . It includes a soup or salad , a delicious choice of entrees with a side and a soup or salad . Go! Don’t miss out!

Highly disappointed in their food.

I got the chicken scallopini and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Wound up wasting more than 1/2 of it and never got any response to mentioning that it was so salty (the waiter said he would tell them, that was it). Not enough sauce on my husband's spaghetti with meatballs and we've made better at home by adding sausage to a jar of marinara.

The atmosphere has an old timey feel and that is the only thing positive I can say beyond the bread being served warm.

Spent $40 here and will never be back.
