British Swim school is a unique and wonderful swim school. They work with children of all ages in very small individualized classes. They are family oriented and work with each child's needs. Even if your child is terrified of water, British Swim school will help them love swimming, and the kids have fun learning! They are open year round and have classes at many various times and days to fit your schedule, and offer make up days too. They create a fun, friendly environment and the kids have fun learning and building their confidence. I highly recommend this school!

British Swim school Melbourne/Palm Bay is an excellent choice to teach your child to swim. They have a well thought out program of different progressing levels, individualized into very small groups of children that are at the same level of learning. What makes them special is that they truly care about each child, working on each child's individual needs. I have seen countless children come in terrified of water initially and turn into little swimmers. They make it a very fun experience. They work with absences too. Give 24 hr notice and reschedule another day. And they have many accommodating time slots/days to fit your schedule.
What I can say about British Swim school is that it is a school run by people who are truly dedicated to making a difference in the world by teaching children how to swim in an individualized fashion, with care and professionalism, and making it fun to learn.
They really care about your child and the children love them and the children learn! It's amazing to watch how the kids progress and gain confidence in such an important lifesaving and fun skill.

I cannot give enough praise and thanks to Mr. Will and the other staff at this program. They took my terribly fearful (of the water) 5 year old to a full blown independent swimmer in just a year. Mr. Will and staff exhibit patience and compassion, and cater to every swimmer’s individual strengths and weaknesses, helping them become confident and strong swimmers at their own pace. I’m just so grateful for this program and can’t recommend them enough.

We LOVE Mr. Will. For both our girls. He has a very special gift. The knowledge base, patience, and group management skills. Even with us adults as we are learning how to work with our babies/toddlers in the pool. It really has been such a joy to see our girls grow and flourish in the ways that each one has over the last 4 months.

I talked with the office on March 6 to pause my son’s swimming lessons after called them 4 times. Then on March 15 I scheduled a makeup lesson for March 20 and got the confirmation email. Today we went to the pool and was told my son can not swim because his membership has ended on March 19. I was never told that makeup lessons have to be taken before March 19 and if they do have the policy, why would they let me schedule the makeup lesson successfully?
Talking about makeup lessons, one time I scheduled a makeup class and when we got there, they told me that we already missed our class. I was confused so they showed me on their tablet that my son’s name was on an earlier class. I thought I misremembered so I was about to leave but luckily I checked my email again and found out I had the correct time. The truth is they changed our time on their end but never notified me.
I’m glad I canceled my son’s class with them. Not a pleasant experience after all. Now I just need get my refund back for the very last lesson.

I think that the swim classes are great. My son does better with firm instructors and teachers. I'm glad that there are instructors who match this teaching style and give him clear feedback. He continues to enjoy swim classes after about 2 years and I definitely want him to continue. I'm very glad that we can go year round because the classes are indoors so that he doesn't have to catch back up.

My whole family looks forward to our daughter's weekly lessons so much! It's been amazing to see her develop an immense love for the water when it started with pure fear. She went from being terrified to talking about swimming class and counting down to it all week. She LOVES being in the water and is so confident. It's truly a joy to see, as well as a relief since we have a pool at home. At only 4 years old she can swim from end to end over and over

I am very grateful to this school. Special thanks to Mr. Will. The skills he developed in my daughter contributed to her continued desire to swim. They have the perfect balance between pushing children to reach their potential, and at the same time they are very patient with children and teach swimming skills step by step. And this is an indicator of the professionalism of the staff
