Had been a member for the last 4.5 years but am absolutely appalled at the way the owners treated a fellow member in a paid clinic. They publicly humiliated and shamed this player and then never responded to any outreach about their behavior. Have heard that others have also experienced this. I am so disappointed and will never be back. After the incident, while very upset we were yelled at to leave the parking lot.

Update: Been 4 weeks and have still not heard from Shawn or Eva after multiple emails. I was a member of this club and played on their teams for the last 4.5 years and they won’t even respond? So toxic.

Shawn is a skilled and communicative instructor who understand the game well. He has helped me improve my form, strategy, and technique over the several years I have attended his clinics. Thanks to his instruction and focus on the fundamentals, I was able to make varsity early on in high school, and I’ve been using Break Point ever since to develop my game further. I fully reccomend his service to players of any level!

I met Shawn about 3 years ago. I was a 2.0 at best. I’ve been taking his clinics regularly and lessons once a week. His clinics are high energy and extremely informative. I’m now a 3.5 and enjoying the sport enormously. It has literally changed my life. Shawn is an amazing teacher and his clinics are still my favorite.

Shawn runs a great tennis clinic. He always has a plan for each session that builds from one session to the next. He has helped me improve my technique. Shawn cultivates an understanding of the strategy of singles and doubles play so that I have a better sense of how I should progress through a point instead of just trying to get the ball back over the net.

The clinics are a great workout as well. He keeps us all moving through drills and singles & doubles points continually providing useful feedback. I have a greater appreciation for tennis as a participant at Break Point Tennis clinics.

I recently returned to tennis after a 12-year hiatus. My teenage daughter is playing on her high school team and I wanted to be her practice partner, but I soon realized I had a lot of ground to make up to keep up with her. So I signed up for one of Shawn's adult tennis clinics, where he's helping me reclaim my game with his thoughtful instruction and drills. The clinics are really fun and a great workout! He keeps us on our toes, literally and figuratively, mixing up the lessons and practice drills every week so no two classes are the same. I'm improving rapidly and really enjoying it. My daughter is also enrolled in one of his clinics for teens and loves it. Highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful experience at Break Point Tennis. Eva and Shawn are great teachers, really good with the kids and helping them to improve their game all the time. Our daughter loves going to tennis and can't wait until she's old enough to join the team at school!
