HR and the Area Directors were there for me with issues, regarding the kids and directors. They were helpful and supportive, but the directors I had were completely different...They didn't support me in any way. Whenever I had complaints about the difficult kids, they didn't want to deal with them, leaving me to handle it. They'll sit in their office and gossip with the lead coordinator or other coordinators about me and others..They told me that they will address the kid and never kept their word, always making excuses, (Monroe Site) at Santa Rosa. Too much bullying and nothing done about it, allowing kids to continue disrespecting. The director at the ( Lincoln Site) in Santa Rosa gossiped about me to other coordinators about a one on one meeting we had and personal issues about me, which is supposed to be confidential. She never discussed it with me, but went behind my back and told the rest of my team. She's passive aggressive, vindictive, immature, unprofessional, and not a strong leader...You can't trust her and some of these directors, because they talk about you behind your back. They discriminated against me, meaning treated me differently and always watched me like a hawk. They never gave me positive feedback. A lot of drama there too. Very toxic environment.

I specifically chose Roseland elementary for my children to attend because as a single parent I rely on the after school care to be able to work in order to provide for my children. This was the worst experience and the lack of care, respect from the entire team was mind blowing. The staff doesn’t keep the children safe nor do they supervise the children.
My son was constantly being sent home for eloping, not wanting to participate, challenging behavior, ect whom is special needs & staff/ directors where aware. They refused to try strategies & techniques to help him get through his day. My child was not the only one who had challenging behaviors, eloped, didn’t want to participate but was the only one receiving consequences. Mirla, the site director, restrained my son and called me to pick Him up on her first day at the site because he was having a difficult day. She took it upon herself to let me know boys and girls club wasn’t going to support my sons special needs and that neither was the school, Roseland. She recommended that I pull my son from the program & school. Per the classroom staff, she stood over my son, yelled at him, and demanded respect while he was in the middle of meltdown. She continuously refused to implement strategies to help support him, even after setting up a behavior plan, but didn’t hesitate to refer to the plan when he had harder days. It took 3-4 months to approve 1:1 support for my son, there was lack of communication, my questions were ignored, and my request kept getting bounced around. When his ABA finally started at the site she was given the cold shoulder, did not introduce themselves or her to the classroom, and there were no clear expectations set. The classroom staff were told to not talk to ABA & to refer her to mirla, who was rude and lacked professionalism with the therapist. My child’s therapist refused to return to the program because, non of the other children were receiving consequences except my son, there was no structure/ routine, my child was being instigated, & they excluded him. On the final day, my son had a meltdown and his therapist was working to de-escalate & Mirla kept instigating and escalating him and immediately asked his therapist to call me to pick up without giving my son the opportunity to calm down. She continued to follow my son & ask him questions/ make demands while he was disregulated instead of supervising the class/ giving space.Mirla & the classroom staff watched Xzavier along with the other children as if he was a show & would not give him space. Mirla also asked the therapist health and medical questions that should have been asked to a parent while the therapist was trying to help my son to regulate. Mirla was dishonest about the situations and would separate my son and send him home when other children would instigate or start playing with my son. When asking classroom staff they would tell me a different story than what Mirla version & would tell me she wasn’t even there.
My 3rd grader was also moved from her group w/ 3rd graders to a 5th grade group w/o informing me, my child came home asking me about cocaine & sex. Which she was exposed to because of being moved w/ older kids. The children were playing a choking game and brought it to my attention when my daughter “went a little too far” WHY ARE THE KIDS ALLOWED TO CHOKE ONE ANOTHER? Not appropriate. The bullying is out of hand & the staff doesn’t not address things. My daughter was constantly being called out of her group to assist with her special needs brother & constantly being interrogated about her home life and her brothers special needs. The children do not feel like they could go to the staff and have things resolved.
I requested a meeting after I stopped taking my children to BCBG to find a solution when ABA was made to feel uncomfortable & it was rescheduled 2x and they never reached out. My questions were ignored. I never received the answers. They refused to give me incident reports.

I am a 77 yo woman and Firestone has provided me great service for over 20 years. On this visit to purchase 2 tires, the manager helped me save $40 on the tires by using an offer I had overlooked. I especially like this particular shop because it is small and the management and staff are friendly, professional, and respectful if my time and financial situation. I also like that I can make my appointment on line and they follow up with a personal call.
