The arcade is big and so cool, they have nice big screens and the atmosphere and the staff was great! We had an amazing time celebrating my son’s 15th birthday! 😊

Dear Bowlero Management,

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your location on February 7, 2025, while celebrating my birthday with a party of six. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer care from both management and staff completely ruined what should have been a fun and memorable evening.

When we arrived, the employee at the counter, Tyler (who I was informed is the manager), failed to explain the unlimited bowling deals and instead attempted to charge my party per game. When I questioned this, he was dismissive and claimed that “everyone makes that excuse” about not being informed of the deals. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, making what should have been a smooth check-in process frustrating.

Additionally, the food service was unacceptable. After placing my order, I waited through an entire game before inquiring about it, only to be told that my food had been given to the wrong table. I was assured it would be out shortly, but I waited another 45 minutes before receiving it. To make matters worse, my sister ordered nachos, pizza, and wings, and the quality was disappointing—the nachos were stale, and the pizza was not warm when it arrived.

However, the most concerning part of my experience was Tyler’s behavior. After making smart remarks in response to my concerns, he proceeded to walk over to my table and get in my face while handing me a corporate number, as well as a flyer for corporate email, when I returned my bowling shoes. His condescending and aggressive behavior did not stop there—he then sarcastically asked me if I had a good birthday, clearly not in a genuine way, but rather to mock my frustration. To top it off, I was charged $80 for just one game for my party, which feels extremely unfair given the lack of service and explanation regarding pricing options.

Since we only played one game, I was so frustrated that I didn’t even want the food at that point. I requested a refund, which meant I had to deal with the same rude manager, Tyler, once again. While he did issue the refund, he never once apologized for the inconvenience or poor experience.

This entire experience completely ruined my birthday, and I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and overcharged. Because of this, I will be sharing my experience with friends and family so they can avoid a similar situation. I strongly believe that management needs to address Tyler’s behavior, as his lack of professionalism and poor customer service are unacceptable for someone in a leadership position.

I expect a response regarding this matter and what actions Bowlero will take to correct these issues.
