Realmente estoy muy decepcionada del servicio y de las instalaciones del barco no es para nada lo que ofrecen en las fotos y promoción , nada de lo comprometido se cumplió .
Se contrató un servicio de comida y bebida para un evento de 100 personas y lo que nos encontramos fue un barco deteriorado y sucio nada que ver con las fotos , no habían los mesoneros contratados , en cuanto a la comida pésima solo en una mesa poca comida fría como si fuera las sobras de otra reunión nada de la comida que se contrató y con respecto a la bebida igual no tenían la bebidas acordadas y lo que había se acabó a la hora de haber zarpado

Es una falta de respeto de seriedad pagamos por un servicio que no se dio esta compañía no es recomendable para ningún evento por ningún concepto .

We had a very disappointing experience on December 8th with the CELEBRATION boat, owned by ANGELO. The event was for 100 people with an open bar and snacks, but Angelo didn't show up as he promissed us, and there were too few staff members. The food was just leftovers from a previous event, and the provided liquor was not the quantity and quality promised. With only three people working, including the captain, the event was a disaster. I've attached a video showing the poor kitchen conditions. I advise against hiring these unscrupulous people and want to warn others to avoid this bad experience and wasting their money.

The wedding on the Venetian Lady exceeded all of our expectations and was everything we dreamed about. We were treated like royalty. The team on board were outstanding. What an amazing memory we have. I wish we could do it all again.

This review is way overdue, but it's important nonetheless. We worked with Hazel at American Yacht to book the Midnight Sun as a welcome cruise to our Wedding Weekend for 100 people and it went beautifully. The ship, the staff, the food, the bartenders and the sound system were all wonderful. It was a risk for us to put our trust in this company as we are not from Miami and had never chartered a boat of this size, but American Yacht handled everything beautifully.

Chartered the Midnight Sun for our wedding 10/28/23. We have worked with Hazel since April of this year to get the event planned and booked. Below are 2 messages I sent to Hazel and to Bill. Highlight of the trip! The boat and crew were amazing. We had great food catered and an open bar with an amazing bar tender. The staff was very attentive and provided for anything we needed. All very professional. Highly recommend.

50th birthday party nightmare With American Yacht/Miami Boat. My wife and I booked the celebration yacht back in February for my 50th birthday for July 3 2021. We had a conversation in the beginning of April where she mentioned to us the Yacht will be onder renovation but will be ready for our date. And the yacht comes with a Dj and Photography. So We have been trying to get in touch with the DJ from mid April to 3 weeks before my date to get familiar with him (THAT NEVER HAPPENED). So the day before we put in our final numbers We got an email. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL from Hazel Johnson Stating that the yacht would not be ready for our event. So just imagine you live in a different state and you have vendor and 67 people coming from different States to celebrate with you, and you get this message. SO EVERYTHING CHANGED. We had to find a next Yacht for one of the Busses weekend Of the year 4th of July. By luck she end up get a yacht with a different time schedule with no photographer or DJ. Also that setup that we agree on to greet the guest with champagne and white I didn't get that either. So she tried to get me a DJ that cost $600 With no pafolio and didn't have any Idea of the music we were looking for. So I ended up spending a extra $1000 to find me a DJ in one week. We actually ended up spending a extra a extra $4000 in the final week of my event. It was very stressful for me and my wife and heartbreaking to know this is the how my 50th birthday turned out. SEE YOU IN COURT! . LIKE I SIDE, WE HAD TWO WEEKS PEREIRA TO THE EVENT TO GIVE OUR FINAL NUMBERS. SO IT DOESN'T MATTER IF WE ADDED 32 MORE GUESTS. (THE YACHT HOLDS 120 PEOPLE ) AND MONEY WAS NEVER A PROBLEM. YOU GOT YOUR WIRE TRANSFER THE DAY!!
