This gym is exactly what I was looking for in a gym and trainer. It's a women-only gym with a dedicated trainer who motivates you to push yourself to your limits. She ensures your form is on point and targets every muscle group during your workouts. The results are noticeable with KB. Her prices and schedule are reasonable. I highly recommend this gym not only for the fantastic training, but also for the sense of community. When I was new in town, I found KB and her welcoming community at this gym. Everyone is friendly and KB genuinely cares about each person's progress and well-being.

Krystal is the BOMB!!! My very first personal trainer and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From day one she lets you know exactly where you are in your fitness journey and EXACTLY what you need to do to get to your goals. Krystal is a trainer that has your best interest at heart. If I could give this gym more stars, I would! Krystal is one of the best trainers in the South Florida area. Not only are her prices extremely reasonable, there is no price you can put on a trainer like Krystal who cares as much as she does! Your fitness successes are her successes.

Her Zumba classes are like none other! No choreographed or memorized dances. Every class is different and you’ll always come out sweating like crazy! I also love the fact that her gym is an all women’s gym. You feel comfortable in your own skin and everyone is so nice, and it all starts with Krystal.
