I have been attending this gym for about 6months. At first I felt overwhelmed, but the amount of love that flows in and out is heavy, which made me feel at home quickly. I think the gym has a great variety of equipment and free weights, in front and in the back of the gym. There is space for circuit training, jump ropes, and weighted ropes. The gym is clean and has a positive atmosphere. The motivational decor really sets the mindset that anyone willing to make a change would adopt to succeed in their journey. The gym is children friendly which helps parents and children with their healthy lifestyle. I hope more people give the gym a try! The staff do not wear a uniform, but they will see you before you see them. Generally, the owners and staff are spread throughout the gym chatting, cleaning, organizing, or training an individual.

Clean, 24 hour access, great owners and members, everyone makes you feel welcome. The Personal trainers are very knowledgeable and so accommodating. Regardless of your fitness experience, age or any other factor, Beyond Ordinary Fitness is a welcoming place to workout.

This is THE best gym to go to!! Ever since I’ve switched over, the entire staff has been nothing but friendly and even encouraged me to continue! It’s very clean and well managed! You can tell that the owners truly care about it and add new equipment frequently! Almost everyone that goes to the gym are super friendly as well! This isn’t just a gym, it’s a whole community and I love going here! It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at, everyone should feel encouraged to keep going and that’s what they do best here! They don’t stand for negativity and harassment and it shows. Even to just use the bathroom, they’ll let you go in and look around. They toured my friend and I for free and I’ve never looked back! Thank you Harrison, Matt and Brett for bringing an amazing gym to life!

Really happy to have found this gym! Been working out here with Matt & Harrison for a little over 6 months now, and they are both awesome personal trainers! Their personal training is very affordable, the people who work and work out there are very friendly, it's definitely an inviting & comfortable place to get a good work out in. I've definitely seen major improvement in my strength and muscle mass. With the prices being so affordable, there's no excuse to not work out! Also very kid friendly, they have an area for kids to play or watch cartoons while you get your work out in.

I have been going to Beyond Ordinary Fitness for over 2 years. I have been a fixture in gyms in this town for over 30 years. Beyond is like a old school gym that's perfect because I'm an old school guy. I have never had any issues with the owners. Some months back I started bringing my 15-year-old son to the gym with me. Harrison, Brett and everyone have been very kind to him and very encouraging and this is great because this is all new to him. Harrison goes out of his way to talk to my son and tell him he's doing great and that means a lot to me. I'm always comfortable there and now my son feels the same way. It's a great place and we enjoy going there and i completely support the owners.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about beyond ordinary! This gym is an incredible place. It turned my fitness journey around after leaving two other gyms in Torrington. Beyond ordinary is an incredibly welcoming place, the people are fantastic, there is a lot of great equipment, plus Lauryn and Harrison are the sweetest people who are willing to help anyone at anytime! Matt who also recently became an owner in the gym trains my best friend and he has enjoyed incredible progress. This gym really feels like a family and a community. I would encourage anyone from beginners to those who are advanced in fitness and lifting to join this gym. I think there’s also something to be said about feeling safe in a gym both for beginners who may feel judged at the gym and for other reasons. Because Harrison, Matt, and Lauryn want everyone to feel welcomed and safe, they take members comments and concerns very seriously to encourage the best environment for all. If you consider making a gym switch or are looking for a real fitness community to be a part of, this is the place!

Affordable, convenient, open 24 hours a day, and has a wide variety of equipment. I've been coming into Beyond Ordinary Fitness for the last 9 months whenever I'm back in town. I travel for work often, and go to a lot of different gyms, it's not easy to find a gym where I don't have to sign a contract. The owner Harrison is always welcoming, friendly, and flexible by allowing me to do a month here and month there membership. Would definitely recommend them.

Best gym around no doubt about it. Staff are the most friendly and generous people you will meet and always willing to help you grow on your journey. They’re always trying to upgrade the gym and make it as suitable for everyone as possible, the motivation is there the second you walk through the door. A very pleasant place to be and honestly the part of my day I look forward to the most. Owners keep the gym a clean, happy, and not to mention SAFE!!! Most gyms people feel uncomfortable but if you come here there’s nothing that will make you feel that way. And if there is it is always taken care of and that’s what’s great about it! So whether you’re a beginner all the way to a professional this is the spot 100% no matter what the journey/goal is this place/staff will make it happen for you!
