Belize Fitness is a solid health facility in a relatively small town. It has a squat rack, bench press, plate loaded machines, cardio equipment, and an outdoor fitness area. They also have a nice smoothie bar and friendly staff. And it is all quite economical. I was glad to get in a good workout a very long ways from home.

I’ve been coming to Belize for 10 years every year got a membership at Belize fitness for one week. I attended upon the place this morning and only had American money which the young lady did not have enough cash to break my bill. She called the manager and turned me away right on the spot. That was reprehensible demeaning and represents the pinnacle of poor customer service, to all my American and Canadian friends avoid this place. The young lady would not even allow me to work out until the cash flow got big enough to break my bill. This is not just despicable. It’s complete and utter hubris. The young lady called the manager, and he/she only reinforced her rickety judgment to refuse access. It’s not even a variable cost to provide access to the facility. While the facility it good the management may be wise to consider a remedial course in customer service.

Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. So much equipment (free weights wise) and all quite new looking. Inside there is plenty of air con, but there is also an area outdoors if you want to train there. $12 BZD for a 24 hour pass was very good!

Since most of the hotels nearby don't have gyms, it was great to have this as an option for a couple of workouts during vacation. There isn't a huge cardio section (2 ellipticals, 2-3 treadmills, a couple of bikes), but a ton of weight lifting stuff and some classes. The air conditioning was pretty good. The price was very reasonable. The staff was pleasant, as were other gym-goers. It seemed reasonably clean.
We'd come back again if we were in town.

Awesome views throughout with a bar for pre/post workout shakes with a cute, friendly girl working there and the prices are very reasonable. Gym equipment is new and organized. Dennis at the front desk is awesome! So is Marlin!

Fantastic environment. Heavy weights. Everything you need for the serious gym goer. Staff is fantastic as well. Bring water as there is none on site.. just water for purchase (very inexpensive but just a heads up). Has an outside as well to train. Very impressed. Thank you.

In town for vacation. Gym has everything you need for a good workout. Equipment is older. Machines are a little rusty as expected in the climate. Layer of dust on everything. Decent prices for day/week/24 hour pass. Good place to make sure you can keep with your workout program no matter what level. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Great views!! We read great reviews on this place so decided try them out, so glad we did. We like to train hard and this gym had everything we needed.
