Don’t rent 905 it’s now condemnable mold I smelled when woke middle of night and found when took out filter after turned on unkept a c.
I Made her aware she gaslit me but poured vinegar in and bought charcoal filter watches me move out days later. (lives next door) owner seemed too good to be true and was. Felt for her cause health problems but not okay. And don’t care what response I get if I have to I’ll upload tons of footage not seeing option to now. When we inspected viable mold was covering all furniture and walls - I set to 75 NEVER TURNED ON WHILE I WAS GONE- she said was fine I gave her permission to look as often as wanted. Had hundreds of texts rushed me into lease even thought company I never see from far away in town.

She purposely kept the a. c off dooors opened upon showing, TWICE, it was so clean looking that I trusted her talk and banter. Even had me check off 3pages of condition of items. Unreal. But didn’t care about a c!? Claimed was dryer sheet from sage burned. Yea, no. She was so nice I believed her post last mold condo.

She took my 6k! Talked me into paying 3 months plus 1k at once. We slept twice I woke sick sweating swollen fire red it was so so humid at 89% on 71. NEST temp gauge she said was in fact broken but was going to fix. Never did. And was way way too late.

A. C full of mold horrible stink will tell you I woke dripping sweat swollen face heart racing , we got sick after slept three nights left. Nightmare. Stress. So it the a c guy who lives there George. No class. Scammers.
She Refused my money back and is in out jail I felt for her like the empath I am.

Lobby has mold all over vents all condos just pain over.
I have pictures can’t add as I don’t see option building too old needs new air ducts as people need roofs air quality poor. way way too old ductwork. Needs all New and a c. HOA can’t do anything about renters so don’t bother asking.

if not bothered by mold, that may work for you. Now that I’m settled I can review! this nightmare began end of May. one room me and my little daughter. And I was taken advantage of. I’d never ever live there. Other Units have kept up handlers but ductwork is no good.
I have report stating 327,000 spores in air. That’s insane high 500 is livable, that is Detrimental to health. I have the report by an actual professional, trusted licensed mold inspector not jokers who remediate and came forgot tool box did nothing left smh.
Scary for someone who hunted for two years for mold free affordable. To go into a 1550 one room tiny old condo never ever again. Lesson learned. Brand new or no good. All mold is toxic. All. This caliber was off charts deadly.
Front desk sweet but has to do her job asked me not to rate by unit it’s kept well but floor 9 has glade all over for someone who smelled apparently and mold is visible just look up as wall in

Bless! Glad that’s over been nothing but bad luck since but it’s turning around. Karma came full circle but I’ve been having to heal since and owner is def not good energy behind closed doors, I’d know. Heard plenty while dragging my belongings out. Last lesson learned. Turn in all ac smell musty? Check handler service date. Check for black places.

Floors were always wet!! I Have huge file of lobby’s and her unit.

Her unit was 85 degrees -nest said 75 at 89% humidity last in but I was the bad guy? Con artists. Abusive violence. Steer clear at least of floor 9 north tower. All are a “you could not pay me to live there- old Ducts / H OA Condo life “ again.

The Bayshore has everything, including a stellar riverfront location … a walk to the beach, easy access to major freeways. But most of all, it’s the complex itself. Well managed, well maintained, and full of friendly, kind residents. Living at The Bayshore is like being at a 5-star resort, 24/7, with pickleball, heated pool, tennis, pool tables, ping-pong, a great party room for a calendar of fun social events, steam room, workout rooms, shuffleboard, fishing dock, card room, library -- even places to garden, if you like. No wonder so many people look so happy so much of the time.

Property is on a upward trajectory! Board is fixing all the structural problems and is just about to finish new exterior paint and the connecting corridors have all new tile and paint. Pool deck was recently refinished, as well. Very quiet here and people are exceptionally nice. Amenities are barely used so more fun for you and your family. Very highly recommend this property, staff and management! If you are looking to buy don't hesitate as prices are rapidly rising.

I called the office inquiring about leasing and Wendy was so horrible. She is by far the rudest person that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I was very interested in this particular building but her awful service has eliminated any hopes of me wanting to live there.

Great place for my aging mother. Very nice amenities. Nice dock, beautiful pool, shuffleboard, table tennis, billiards, and lighted tennis courts. Wow!
