Hands down the best gym and community you’ll find!!! The coaches are very knowledgeable and everyone of all ages and fitness levels are welcome! If you don’t know where to start on your fitness journey (or are looking for a new social group), I highly recommend giving AOP a shot!!

Alpha Omega offers a ton of services to include personal training, foundation classes for new or potential members, nutritional supplements and COFFEE to name a few! It's clean with great equipment and is kid friendly. The programming is perfect for anybody seeking to enhance the quality of their life and get fit! The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive and passionate to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are a 'RX' kind of athlete or you're looking for a place to start your journey, you found it!

The space is great, very large and open. The workouts are put together well from what I experienced. However, they offer two free classes to try them out and the front desk attendant didn't seem to know what was going on. My first class, I used my ClassPass credits and they acted like it wasn't a real thing and offered me a complimentary class. Then I received an email telling me to use my second complimentary class before I signed up so I went again, and then she said "The owner is going to think I'm giving this gym away for free."

I've never been a group fitness person. I was always kind of skeptical about CrossFit until I Started going to Alpha Omega. This place is AMAZING! The owner and staff are so welcoming and helpful! I find myself excited to go workout because I feel great and it's fun! Never do I feel judged or put down! There are people of all fitness levels and age groups! I would highly recommend Alpha Omega Sports Performance to anyone!
