I dropped in for a week while I was on a business trip. I've been doing Crossfit for a long time, but I can't think of a place with such good facilities like here.

Loved the atmosphere, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.Especially Coach Diego and Treva were super nice!! Attended Coach Hugo and J's classes, and they were very professional. Such great instructors!

I really enjoyed working out for a week and made good memories.

I recently joined CrossFit Reality Gym in Signal Hill. It has been an incredible experience. The coaches, especially Coach Diego and Coach Raquel, have crafted a supportive environment where athletes of all levels thrive.

Their team of coaches is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, making it a welcoming space for everyone.

Stepping out of my comfort zone in January was one of the best decisions, thanks to the expertise and encouragement from this outstanding team.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to challenge themselves and reach new fitness heights!

Came in for a drop in over memorial weekend and had a fantastic experience. Diego and Raquel are so welcoming and accommodating! They were personable, thoughtful, genuine and kind. I highly recommend visiting and/or joining CrossFit Reality. I will definitely be back for another drop in next time I’m in the area.

Cannot recommend this gym enough. I started my CrossFit journey over a year ago now and am consistently impressed with how different and challenging each workout has been. All of the coaches are incredible at breaking down the different lifts and are always supportive and friendly. Incredibly well-run and an amazing space to challenge yourself and get in the best shape of your life!

I have been doing Crossfit for years! You won't experience a better gym anywhere else. Owners Diego and Raquel are incredibly welcoming and supportive to all who walk through their doors. They make kids and pets feel welcome! They have creating a coaching staff that is encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable! Whether you come to workout, compete, or hangout ...you won't find a better gym atmosphere! Hands down the best Gym in Long Beach!
