Played course sept 1st, 2024. Staff super friendly and the food in the kitchen is great as well. I have never been to a course with Trakman driving range. That was a great perk I experienced here. The starter was very helpful and informative. The course also has a nice putting/chipping green next to the first tee. As for the course the tee boxes majority look great except maybe one that isn't flat. The fairways are cut nicely but a few patches here and there. Bunkers well taken care of. As for the greens, some have some extra work that need to be done to them. However, it is obvious that the issue has been recognized and that the greens keeper is doing his part to bring them back to where they need to be. The course is very challenging and makes you think twice about your club selection. Fairways are narrow on a lot of holes and some approach shots require a lot of accuracy or your ball will disappear. Highly recommend this course to anyone in the area, definitely will be back. Wish I had more photos but I was focused on my round in the tournament.

So listen, i don't reviews often, but could not keep quiet about this place. Recently i flew to visit my daughter in San Diego, my trip is never complete without hitting a few balls. This trip, my friend and i visited @nativeoakgc for the first time. When i say Native Oaks is easily one of the top courses in Southern California. The greens are pristine and each hole offers it's own unique challenges. The course demands precision, with touch par 3s. The staff was fantastic especially Steve the starter. Overall this course combines beautiful scenery excellent conditions and a welcoming team, making it a must play for any golfer.

This course was amazing. It was unfortunate that I showed up when they had dried the course out. For maintenance. The fairways were very dry and my ball ran out of bound several times. That's just bad timing though. The greens were still excellent. I loved the track, challenging without breaking your spirit and affordable. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

As an east coaster, it's rare to find real rough here out west. However, Native Oaks definitely has the type of grass common on the east coast, where the ball can be difficult to find and can create a lot more complexities when hitting out of the rough.

Fairways are somewhat narrow with some greens that border OB areas. Can be fairly challenging at times, but overall it's a shorter course that opens up great scoring opportunities if you get your first shot right.

Hidden Gem near Escondido. First time playing there and was referred by my friend who plays weekly at Torrey Pines! Every person I met there was very friendly and accommodating. Almost felt like I've been a member at their club for awhile. As for the course, everything from tee boxes, fairways, greens is pristine. Great price as well <$100 with cart on a Friday morning. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

My oh my! This course is somethin' else. You better have everything "dialed in." Your driver won't be your best friend if you can't hit it down the middle OR don't hook it. This course is an "iron shot" makers dream. This course will test every part of your game to include visual effects and strategic cup placements. If you play chess, this is a chess game. Shot placement is key! Greens were green and the fairways nice and clean. I'd recommend this course all day long.
And the folks that work at this course are down to earth good people. I'll be back for sure!
