Please for the love of God, AVOID THIS PLACE. Nothing gets fixed. I had an apartment for over a year and the sliding bathroom door was broken and never fixed. It is still broken. Consider your deposit gone. No matter how well cleaned or how well you take care of things, they're going to scam you out of the deposit. I promise you, if you read this review and say "oh he's just being dramatic", Rent from them and then tell me I'm being dramatic. Good Luck to all who read this and still rent from em. The ducks on the golf course were pleasant though. That's why 1 star. The ducks are 1 star. Front office, this is not yalls fault either. Yall are good people.

Might be worth the money. I have lived there for 3 years and when I started living there everything was fine. I dont know if it's a change in management I've had a leaky roof for a year and they never really fixed it despite complaining about it 4 times. The handyman came to fix the roof when my lease was up. Iys obvius they used cheap materials to build the place. I have random water stains in my living room. Roaches are showing up more in the area you can see them frequently outside. People are loud and constantly smoking weed and it comes through the vents making my place reek of weed. Parking is not great, the dumpsters are constantly over filled. They threw away a Conway Corp router so i have to pay a company. Who throws away a router. Generally the Links dont have a good reputation and I see why.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Do not be fooled by the sparkly web page! Management and employees are beyond rude. Maintenance is slow! And the bugs are horrible. Can’t believe this place is even still standing. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Teresa is by far the worst manager ever. She acts nice initially, but when you come in for support and issues, she behaves like a complete jerk and doesn’t even have the knowledge to answer your questions or do her job. Really should be fired, but the company doesn’t care, they let these employees do what they want.

Worst place you could rent. The manager was incredibly rude and the repeated requests to fix things in my apartment were left ignored. The air filter in the apartment was covered in BLACK MOLD - Requested this be resolved multiple times - Ended up having to clean it myself. There were also roaches and other bugs all over the place when i moved in. The shape of the apartment was half clean at best when i moved in. They never bothered cleaning it. When i moved out, I hired a professional cleaning crew myself to clean the apartment so i could get my deposit back. As all the other reviews state - you WONT get your deposit back regardless of what you do. They said it was dirty and needed cleaning therefore refused to give my deposit back even though all the carpets had been professionally steam cleaned and everything cleaned and disinfected to the point you could eat off the floors. My car was also damaged from golf balls hit outside the course which they didn't bother fixing the damage! Such a sorry company. Avoid this place at all costs. Your actual health could be in danger if you stay here.

This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in when it comes to actually fixing problems. It’s ridiculous. They want to go up on rent every lease renewal but can’t even provide proper air conditioning. I have been asking them to fix my air since January. What has gotten fixed? Absolutely nothing. I pay $685 a month in rent for a 1 bedroom apartment with no air. Makes no sense.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Terrible. They lied to us about availability and the process. Although they said they would contact us after submitting the application, they never contacted us about. After several weeks of not hearing anything, I HAD TO CALL and they said they didn't have any availability in August even though they mentioned several until were available during our visit. After the first call, I thought we'd still be on a waiting list. When I checked the next day online, I noticed hey cancelled our application! Either the front office is incompetent, dishonest, or misleading. None of which is acceptable practice for treating people or customers.

They take advantage of 20 year olds using high pressure.. got them to put down a deposit without even seeing the apartments acting like 5 other people were in line for it and made them feel they would get the deposit back if they changed their mind. Changed mind in 48 hours and called and was told could take 30 days and then called back and nope!! Don’t deal with Teresa! A good person wouldn’t have taken advantage of a 20 year old that told them they never done that before and nervous about it. This is shady in my opinion!! Corporate seems shady too. I called and they were suppose to call back within 48 hours. Wouldn’t even give me the name of the person that would call me back. Scared for you to know their identity!!
