The place is very calm and neutral. They have absolutely wonderful trainers. They're supportive, patient, humble and professional. You have an uncommon sense of almost immediate trust with them because they possess a lot of compassion and empathy. The equipment is clean and well taken care of. And the options on working out are very eclectic in variety. It's definitely worth the investment of a membership, into your health, state of mind and longevity of quality in life.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. They always great me when I walk in and wish me a good day when I leave. The trainers love what they do and it shows! Everything is clean and a large variety of equipment available for use! Level-10 classes are great!

Some wonderful trainers Michael Bradley and Grizz. And I have friends that are like family there. I feel loyal to this gym since I use to work there, even though I was sad they got rid of daycare. I stayed to workout with my friends and better my health.

Returned to 10 Fitness after a long hiatus since covid. The whole experience of getting re-registered with a new e-mail was trouble free. Kudos to Madison (Sorry if I got your name wrong but I think that was it LOL) at the front desk. Equipment was functioning and clean. Good environment and variety of equip.
