I have been living here for a little over 4 years. Have not had any issues. There has been 3 rent increases since I first moved in but they are bearable( now pay $150 more then when I first moved in). It's a quite complex never had any noise issues from neighbors no pest problems. On site manager had my issues quickly resolved I would recommend this place to others.

I've been living here for over a year. Management company changed hands and there is a live in manager. I have not had any troubles here and the neighbors are pretty quiet. They are only studio apartments all with big closets, good storage in tiny kitchen and a full size fridge, full bathroom with shower/tub and good storage. Wall a/c and gas heater. Decent enough price rent, all utilities included. Assigned off street parking, a pool, a small laundry room. Some residents have been living her for over 30 years. People here are friendly enough and keep to themselves. Problem tenants don't stick around long. It's an older building so sometimes stuff does not work perfectly, open a work order with the manager and he'll get to you soon as he can. Very conveniently located to many local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Only reason for my upcoming move is my work is relocating me 40+ miles away. No pets allowed.

If by quiet living they mean shootings in the complex and police called at least every week for domestic disputes, then yes, very quiet. One water heater for the whole complex, 3 washing machines that you practically have to make an appointment to use... ancient wall air conditioner that freezes over if you run it for longer than 15 min. Manager entered the apartment without permission while my fiance was home in the shower, saying he had knocked, but since nobody answered, he just decided to come in.

I was driving around looking for apartments when I saw this and thought I'd go and ask the manager for basic info. Right off the bat the manager started giving me attitude. He seemed really bothered by a potential tenant coming to ask simple questions. It would have been better if he just said to stop by another time or call back the next day or something but nope. He decided to be a giant c**t for no apparent reason. I'd steer clear of places with managers like this.

Pros - nice area, close to a ton of shops, near major freeways, quiet.
Con- takes forever for maintenance, especially water related.
