Both of my daughters started in the LGU rec program and moved into the competitive program about 4-5 years ago. We feel so lucky to be part of teams that feel like big families. My daughters have really enjoyed their teams and their past and current coaches in U12 (Alex) and U14 (Rick) have helped them improve their technical and leadership skills while fostering the the love of the game. I am a team manager for both daughters since I see how my girls love it, and I really believe in this program, the coaches, the teams and families. And as a long time team manager, I really appreciate the support of all of the LGU office, including the amazing Ellen!

Excellent club with a high level of competition and the best coaching. We moved to the Los Gatos soccer club last year for a higher level of competition for our daughter and have not been disappointed. The girls teams play in NorCal & Girls Academy so there are a lot of games which means a lot of playing time - even for new players that make the team. I was not familiar with Girls Academy before we moved to this club and if you are not you should look it up. It is a high level competitive league that is specifically geared to prepare and train female players at the highest levels of soccer. Jessica, our team’s coach, is amazing and the girls respect and listen to her but also feel that they can talk to her and reach out for help when needed. If you are looking at this club you should know that there is time and travel commitment for the competitive teams - but it has been well worth it for our daughter.

Los Gatos United is invested in the growth of young soccer players and invested in the local community. They have a wide range of offerings for all levels, from spring and fall recreational leagues, to year round competitive leagues, as well as camps during summer and other commons school breaks. There are some top notch coaches that are excellent with the players. They are also responsive to feedback and are always looking for ways to improve their programs.

Los Gatos United is such a wonderful organization. The staff were very helpful and engaged throughout the season. My daughter and her friends had a great time playing in the U6 girls division. We will be back next year!

My daughter played for the first time in the U8 girls league with several of her friends and loved the program. As a first time coach, I felt there was a lot of support from the “HQ” - and that everything was well run. Good communication, and overall well organized! Most importantly - my daughter wants to play in the spring league with her friends - which I count as a huge win!
