Very Clean. Machines not too crowded. Great indoor track. Amazing locker rooms and pool area. Excellent babysitting-only wish was that the hours were longer.

This is the best gym in the bay area. Sure it is kind of pricy, but it is worth it. The gym equipment is always clean, the staff are all nice and amazing to be around, and the club has an all around, family friendly, home environment. This is definitely my favorite place to be and I am proud to be a member.

Rude and condescending management, staff and environment in general. I’ve been to clubs all around the world and this place wins the award for the worst environment. Rumor has it they are closing soon and selling the place which shows in lack of maintenance and very few members and usage. Go elsewhere that actually cares for, values the members and values a positive environment for the members!

Terrible management who can’t seem to get it together. Member for 3 years but eventually quit because owners don’t really care about you and have 0 customer service ethics. Worst of all they can’t seem to figure out their billing system for anything other than direct withdrawal from your checking account. If you opt for anything outside of this you won’t get bills on time and you will get charged late fees for their errors. Generally just really crappy management.

My family has been a member at LVTC for over 20 years. From the preteen summer camp in the 2000s to the consistently warm employees, LVTC has always been a second home and has maintained its special charm despite modernizing facilities. This is a special place.

Got a 2 week trial and went in to workout. Thought it should/would be a fun time and good time to unwind. Man o man I was wrong....Their equipment is DATED and their little radios that they give you to tune in do NOT work - the response from the front desk was that "everything they have is old" - very encouraging! This + the fact that they are so expensive compared to other options, don't accept credit cards (for points), and are just OLLLLDDDDD means not going to be joining
