Amazingly beautiful beach and often see dolphins .staff is awesome. Jet Skis are brand new and there's sail boats and pontoons for rent also

Thank you. What a great experience. They were closing for the day but let the girls rent jet ski, since we were leaving to go back to KY in the morning. Recommend, they had fun.

Friendly, helpful staff. We rented a double kayak one day and came back and rented a Sea-Doo another day. We had a great experience both times. Would recommend.

Bad customer service!
They were understaffed and had many customers. They only gave out jet skis for 30 min at a time to give everyone a chance on the jet ski which is understandable. After our first 30 min I ask for another 30 min. The guy there ensured me that there was another jet ski available for us immediately. He then was signing up more customers as they were approaching and let us wait there for 30 min just to inform us that the other people that he just signed up will get the jet skis instead. WTH! He said that was fair to the others and that he lost track but then accused me of stepping away for a while which was not true. The business has slowed down that day and they never called me back for an available jet ski.( I was sitting a few feet away) Kids were disappointed....
We are locals and will in the future go elsewhere.

A horrible experience and sad as a local we were treated and scammed as such.
We rented a ski for 2 hours bought the extra insurance to cover damages for $5 which states you won't be charged more than $250 if you damge the ski.. had a blast nice fast ski. When returning they stated we had done damages which he hadn't tried to ask for proof but said we sucked up rocks which we hadn't. They wouldn't call marine patrol and said we would be charged the $250 either way. We now have a $267.50 charged on our account. We have been scammed. We contacted the business with no luck of refund now have contacted an attorney and filed with the better business bureau BBB
We frequently come here as we live across the water on the sound but not anymore I can't believe they would do this to us.

Update
Our complaint with BBB got accepted, they had been scamming customers. We did get our full refund for the $267.50. We were only charged for the 2 hours of services. Still haven't gone back and never will!

I had a great experience renting a jet ski from them! The staff was very friendly and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know to ride safely.

Terrible management. Owner was rude, charged us $20 to receive a refund for our service. Both jet skis broke down within 5 minutes, and we were accused of either sucking up a bag or pressing a button.
We thought we got our refund but checked my account and we were actually charged 4 times the amount we paid. Currently disputing charges, please do not waste your time and money here. Place is apparently known for scamming per other reviews.
