Cheguei na academia pronta para treinar as 21h e para uma primeira impressão eu não achei nada profissional a forma como o recepcionista se portou. Porque muito notoriamente ele viu que eu estava sem toalha para o treino e deixou para me avisar dessa regra APÓS EU TER FEITO MEU CADASTRO, INDICADO AMIGOS e depois disse que eu poderia comprar a toalha no shopping, sendo que ele sabia que eu estava com o tempo curto. Óbvio que eu fiquei chateada, porque ele poderia ter me avisado ANTES que eu retornaria no dia seguinte com mais tempo e não ter me feito perder tempo fazendo cadastro e etc.

Uma academia com um público tão diversificado e de diversos países poderia estar mais preparada pra esse tipo de situação.

Um dos clubes que mais gosto! Equipa 5 estrelas! Simpáticos, acessíveis e prestativos! Com destaque para Jorge, Carlos, Cassandra, Dora, Pedro Cabrita e os outros não estou a lembrar os nomes agora, mas são top! Acesso fácil, professores Milton, Zé e Inês são ótimos nas aulas e é sempre um gosto pra mim estar nesse ginásio! Vestidos muito bons! Só peca nos duches, que não temos como escolher a temperatura, só ligar e desligar. De resto, só elogios!

Do you want to get sick? Want to go workout and come home with the flu? This Fitness Hut is an incubator for disease. It smells of mold, human sweat, and coughing. I went there for 1 month and got sick 3x. I tried going at 6:30am...full of people. I tried going at 10am...full of people. You find a machine or weights... after 2 minutes somebody is asking you to use your machine. You always feel like sardines in a can. Always. There is never a "good time" to go. So many people that they take weights, kettle balls, and workout in the middle of where people are walking. The classes are so full they smell like arm pits. The showers have so much mold it feels like you are in a swamp. Fitness Hut feels like a science experiment...how many sardines can they cram into one can? How many viruses can they incubate? How much mold can be grown in the bathroom before people turn into zombies? On the positive side: they have a nice logo.

One of Fitness Hut’s hallmarks is having few machines, but this unit has a better balance. The issue lies in the bad smell and the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the one for wheelchair users, which is neglected and poorly maintained.

After 11 months, I canceled my membership because a member of staff told me quite rudely that my footwear was inadequate and threatened to expel me the next time he saw me with it.

This is the same sketchers model I have been using for years in all other gyms I go to, and also in this one.

I don't believe this is a way to treat with customers, especially in their leisure relax time and I encourage fitness hut to review the staff communication policies.
